A very simple and straight forward story.. Didn't turn out the way I wanted to.. But, since I wrote it am posting it.. Hope you all like it.
Shiv is busy in a meeting in his office. Bheem singh rushes into his office to inform that Choti Maa (CM) called to inform him that he needs to rush to the hospital immidiately. Shiv is shocked and immidiately excuses himself from the meeting. On arriving at the hospital, he sees Sanchi crying profusely on CM's shoulders. Shiv tries to gather courage and rushes towards them. Shiv touches Sanchi's shoulders and ask 'Kya huva Sanchi ? Aise kyun ro rahi ho ?' Immidiately Sanchi hugs him and says 'I am Sorry bhaiyya.. Meri wajah se yeh sab huva. I should have listened.' Shiv tries to calm her down and looks at CM who says 'Kaha tha tu ? Kab se phone try kar rahi thi..' Shiv does not answer but questions her what happened.
In the ward, Anandi is muttering under her breath 'Shiv.. aapko kuch batana hai mujhe...Shiv.. kaha ho aap?...'Jagya and LS who have been monitoring her are happy to see Anandi gaining consciousness. Jagya steps out of the room to inform the family.
Outside, Sanchi has been elaborting to Shiv how some local goons were stalking her and maybe trying to... which is when Anandi came and was trying to help her when one of the goons hit her on her head with a rod. The goons had panicked after hurting Anandi and ran away 'Aapko phone karne ki bohat kosish ki. PAr apne phone nahi utaye. Phir meine Jagdessh ko phone kiya aur woh hume hospital le aaye' Shiv is in total shock hearing Sanchi's words.
Just then Jagya comes out wanting to tell the family that Anandi has reagained consciousness. Everyone heavs a sigh of relief. DS asks if they can meet her. Jagya replies in the positive but says 'Mujhe lagta hai.. Ab sirf Shiv ko andar jana chahiye.'He pauses swallowing a gulp in his throat and says' Woh Shiv ki naam le rahi hai jab se hosh aaya hai.' DS seems disappointed but the family all send Shiv into the ward.
Shiv enters the ward. He sees Anandi lying on the bed in the hospital gown, a bandage wrapped around her head, tubes coming out her nose and mouth with the equipments buzzing and clicking.. He stands close to her trying to control his tears. He had never seen Anandi like this. Athough he had seen her in pain before, he had been to able to help her with his support. Seeing her like this was different because at the moment he was helpless and had to rely on the doctors to help her.
He holds her hand. Anandi opens her eyes slowly and is still very groggy but she recognises the touch of a hand that has been so familiar to her. She immidately smiles turning to Shiv looking at him she whispers 'Shiv.. Aap aagay. Kabse aapki raah dekh rahi thi mein...' She signals him to come close to her. Everytime he bent to come close she would signal him to come further close making him a bit uncomfortable at their closeness. Holding his hand now to her chest, they are close with just couple of inches apart from their faces. She softly says, almost sounding like a whisper, caressing his cheek ' Mein pata nahi kyun apne aap ko rok rahi thi itne dino se yeh kehne ke liye. Aaj mujhe aapse kuch kehna hai. Shiv is confused and interrupts 'Pehle aap teek hojaiye. Phir baat...'Anandi interrupts saying 'Aaj mujhe kehne dijiye Shiv. Please mat rokhiye. Pata nahi mein phir kabhi yeh keh paungi ya nahi...' Smiling and tears flowing through her eyes she says 'Mein aap se bohat pyaar karti hoon. Bohat Bohat Shiv.' ❤️ Hearing this, Shiv's eyes fills with tears, those that he had been trying to control. He acknowledges saying 'Mujhe pata hai' and places a soft kiss on her forhead. Anandi sighs take a deep breath and smiles at his gesture.
Just then Jagya walks in with the head scan reports that he had just received with the family walking behind him. He looks shocked seeing them so close and turns his face away. Shiv gets back to his composure but Anandi is still holding Shiv's hands and smiles at everyone. Jagya tells the scan report came out ok and everything is normal. Everyone is relieved hearing this. But, Jagya said she needed to stay in the hospital overnight for observation just in case they saw something. Shiv agreed and Sumitra volunteered to stay with Anandi in the hospital overnight. But, Jagya says that was not needed since he was there and he would take good care of her. Shiv although didn't want to leave but was still convinced by family that Anandi would be safe in Jagya's hands. When he gets up to leave, everyone is surprised seeing Anandi not wanting to let go of Shiv's hand. 😳
Everyone realizes what it means and left the room leaving them alone. Jagya is shocked seeing the way Anandi wanting only Shiv's atention and no one else's... 😛Shiv is happy that Anandi wanted to him to stay back, smiled and slowly gestures her to sleep and he would be there with her always.
Next morning Anandi is up and sees Shiv uncomfrtably sleeping on the chair next to her since she had not left his hand even in sleep. She feels guilty of making him sleep in chair. Not wanting to disturb him she tries to getup but the IV is holding her up and with her ouch, Shiv gets up asking 'Kya huva.. kuch chahiye tha aapko ?' Anandi says no saying she just wanted to sit up since she was tired of sleeping. Shiv helps her to sit on the bed comfortably, goes into the bathroom and brings a warm wet towel and wipes her face to make her feel fresh, helps in tying her hair which had become unruly. Anandi adoringly is looking at the love her husband has for her.❤️
Shiv holds Anandi's hands : 'Aap ne kal, jo bhi kuch kiya Sanchi ke liye.. Thank you. apni jaan ki paravah na karte huve usse bacha liye aapne.'
Anandi: 'Aap aisa kyu keh rahi hai ? Agar aap merei jagah hote toh aap bhi yahi karte..na ? Mein parayi todi na hoon ?
S: nods but phir bhi .. pauses and says 'Waise, iss hadse se ek kaam accha hua..'
A raises her eyebrows asking what
S: 'Aapne apni dil ki baat jo bata di mujhe. Varna pata nahi kab yeh baat sunne ko milta mujhe.' 😉 and winks at her smiling making her blush.
Anandi slowly hits him on his hand, getting emotional she says' Aapse lagav tha mujhe par pyaar mujhe nahi pata tha. Mein hamesha samjh thi rahi ki pyaar ek hi baar hota hai aur meine woh kardiya Jagya ke saath. Par mein galat thi.. Woh Jagya ke saath pyaar tha ya meri aadadat mujhe nahi pata. Lekin, pyaar doosri baar ho saktha hai meine kal samjha. Kal jab mein behosh ho rahi thi, tab sirf aapka chehra meri nazar ke samne aaya tha.. Mujhe aisa laga ki mujhse apni keemti cheez choot rahi hai aur woh tha aapka saath. Mein jeena chahthi thi aapke saath. Marna nahi. Woh chot jo mere sar par huva, usse zyaada chot mujhe apni dil pe lagi uss waqt... Mujhe kuch hone se pehle mein aapko bata dena chahithi ki mein bhi aapse pyaar karti hoon. Woh khaalipan jo meine aapke aur mere dil mein bhar diye the usse ekdum se bhar dene chahthi thi... '
S puts a finger on her lips, wipes her tears 'Bass.. Ab kuch mat kahiye..' pauses and says 'Toh aap ko ek jhatke ki zaroorat thi ? varna aap nahi kehti ?' 😆and jokes bringing on a smile on to her face again.
Hearing this Jagya feels a pinch in his heart. He had never known Aanndi to be so expressive of her love. She had never done that to him. Sighing he enters the room trying to put up a smile and says 'Good morning.. Ab kaise feel kar rahi ho Anandi ?' and starts to check on her charts to see how she is doing. While he is checking, he sees Anandi and Shiv have one of their hands clasped together stealing glances smiling at each other and trying to be attentive to him at the same time. 😆He feels very uncomfortable seeing them like that. He has FBs of him and Gauri entering the haveli the first time hand in hand. He now is able to understand how Anandi must have felt seeing them like that. He comes out of the FB and forces himself to go through all this because his duty was more important. He tells them that she is much better now and she can be discharged if everything from her test reports came normal.
AS Jagya was walking out, Sanchi enters greeting everyone. She stands near Anandi and says 'Bhabhi aap ne jo bhi mere liye kiya, uska ehsaan mein zindagi bar chuka nahi sakthi. Thank you so much'
A: "Isse ehsaan nahi kehte Sanchi. Tum meri choti behen ki tarah ho. Agar meri koi apni behen hoti tab bhi yahi karti.'
Hearing this Sanchi holds her hands and starts crying 'App itni acchi kaise ho bhabhi ? Ab mein samjh rahi ho ki Bhaiiyaa aapse itna pyaar kyun karte hain aur aap dono 'made for each other' ho. Meine itna kuch kiya aur kaha aapko, phir bhi aapne mera bura kabhi nahi chaha.. I am sorry Bhabhi for what all I did. BV ya divorcee hona was not your fault. Woh mere liye important nahi hona chahiye tha. I should have tried understanding you. Sab kehte rahe lekin mein...'
A: Koi baat nahi Sanchi. Abhi bhi hum dono acche dost ban sakthe hai. Hum dono apni khoobian ek doosre ko sikha sakthe hai aur kamyian ko mita bhi sakthe hai.
Sanchi wipes her tears and says 'Done Bhabhi' giving Anandi a thumbs up and looks at Shiv who was grinning seeing the duo bond 'Ab bhaiya aap ghar jao aur meri bhabhi ko soup peene do..' She opens the soup that CM had sent and insists on feeding Anandi herself. Seeing this changed behavior in his sister, Shiv hugs her for finally understanding Anandi and leaves Bhabhi-Nanad to their chappar-chappar.
