I agree bad people can be redeemed. But that can only happen if and only if the person becomes remorseful with the full understanding that what they did was morally wrong and unforgivable. But such remorse will not happen overnight. My personal POV is if a person shows remorse too fast - chances are that person is acting in a selfish manner - that person actually fears the loss of support be it family/friends/society and hence is remorseful. That person has not understood that the actions were morally wrong. That person may regress and repeat the mistake.

To say that cvs have not gone the route of redeeming the bad I think is not entirely correct. I believe right now there is a show on zee where the evil one is being redeemed ...of course at the behest of fans 😕 and of course there goes another villain who remains unpunished 😡

The fact that Vihaan loves his brother unconditionally (hmm perhaps very much but not unconditionally) does not absolve him from his wrongs. One can love another unconditionally but still be bad to others and do wrong.
