Taking things to an extreme is an understatement. The CVs have left no scope for vihaan's character to be redeemed.

Vihaan is not only highly self-conceited, full of himself, and arrogant but also a horrible human being.

I am so shocked as to how low someone can stoop just in the name of revenge.

Vihaan has abused every possible relationship that one could think of:
Sister-sister (rachna-gunjan)
Mother-sister (Shail-gunjan)
Brother-brother (vihaan-Rajeev)
Mother-son (savitri Devi-vihaan)- the drama he did at the engagement did put her to shame
Father-son (vihaan and his father)
Finally, he has abused all possible relations gunjan has with the Garg family.

The way he treated and abused gunjan in front of his friends (yesterday's episode), applying brakes shamelessly in front of Shail, and then getting touchy with gunjan at the restaurant today was OUTRIGHT HIDEOUS, CHEAP, DISGUSTING, and something that a sane and respectful person will never do?

Finally, lets not forget that the horrible way he has put both these girls, gunjan and rachna to shame PUBLICLY IS IRREVERSIBLE DAMAGE.

A person like vihaan can never respect any female.

On a very serious note, why do our Indian soaps love to degrade and abuse womanhood?

Why is it that most soaps talk about women empowerment and then love to show women getting humiliated and abused just in the name of fighting for injustice?

Will Indian shows ever realize the true meaning of women empowerment?

I would love to hear viewpoints of other SSLKians.

I hope Vihaan will be taught a proper lesson. Frankly I think his actions are unforgivable. If like in other shows the villain is allowed to get off with just a slap in the wrist, i fear it will send wrong signals to the young or to the male population at large.

You have this handsome looking young man behaving in obnoxious ways and then after all the humiliation and disrespect he asks forgiveness and if the ladies after shedding a few tears, softens and forgives him - well it is tantamount to saying its alright to abuse females, to embarrass them in public etc. lets forgive and forget - the problem is what social message are you conveying to society. I hope at least in this show the producers will behave responsibly and do their part in social education. It is time we show that women must be respected - yes you can chastise them if the are at fault but there should be a limit to the degree of humiliation and disrespect. Then perhaps we may make some inroads to prevent the Delhi rapings - I refer it Delhi rapings as a shock factor as we all know such things can happen anywhere in the world.

Let us for once punish the evil with a just punishment to send out a social message that abuse of women or any one for that matter will not be tolerated.

u know what i think vihaan is a typical example of that male chauvinism...where boys can do anything, can tease girl, can play around, can drink and can do all unethical work..but if a female do the same thing den she is characterless...and such males..to satisfy their egos, they go this low, that not only they make other people suffer from mental torture but make them think of doing suicide and hurting themselves. i agree with goldhorse, that cv should punish vihaan type people and give good social message...and tell society that messing with girl's pride is complete no no and u have to bear consequences.

@riva: I completely agree.

I hated that word characterless this idiot vihaan used in today's episode. It just shows that there is something fundamentally wrong about vihaan.

Vihaan is taking this revenge thing too far. Gunjan's reputation is really blemished and the way Sangeeta and Seema already hate her, I don't think that even when the truth about Vihaan is revealed that it would make a difference to them.

Well said Mohini, riva and goldhorse. @italic, why does it matter though? Before Vihaan S&S were the most low creatures in the show. Gunjan doesn't wake up everyday to impress them. I don't even care that Seema may eventually be Gunjan's mother in law because she is disgusting. They have already formed their opinions about Gunjan and it will probably never change no matter what she does.

what does this vihaan think himself 😡🤢? who is he to say that rachna is not worthy of him?? just because he has a cool image that means he has the right of humiliating everyone 😡??

this vihaan is really getting on my nerve...hope that cv's end this track as soon as possible and don't try to redeem his character just like they are trying to make mayank now...

Vihaan should not be redeemed and given a second chance after his downright disgusting behavior.
He was a bad guy and will remain that way.😡
the only positive thing about him is he loves his brother unconditionally 😊
but has a typical chauvinistic attitude towards women whom he thinks are commodities and can be played around with😡
I hope the two girls teach him a good unforgettable lesson to respect women and for once Rachna should stop whining and step up her self respect😡
He is spoilt rotten beyond repair😡
Hope the creative team don't write a script where one sorry and two tears sets everything right
A character like vihaan has to be punished in real life and reel life😡

It should be the message sent out to all those who mess up with women physically or emotionally😊
