So while the young guns in 'Qubool hai' are fighting their own battle with their emotions and secrets, elders have taken the charge of handling the unexpected consequences of their past misdeeds!
What worked more than anything else in the favour of today's episode was the unpretentious way in which the story unfolded. The narrative kept us glued to the tv sets!
Rashid's and Mamu-Muhmani's hidden secret is turning out to be one of the most interesting aspects of the show.
'Hidden' not so much from us but from Asad and Zoya and the rest of their families.
Chances are grim that Zoya's Ammi died in the very same toy factory which Rashid set to fire(as also mentioned by Victoria in her post) but what continues to be a mystery is whether Mamu was her husband or not or she was only a worker in that factory and had nothing to do with Mamu or Muhmani or the owner of that factory they had set ablaze?
The doll recording clearly suggested that Zoya's Ammi's death was not the part of Mamu and Muhmani's plan. It had happened accidentally and Humeira's parents had used it as a tool to take advantage of Rashid and had enslaved him to do their service for the rest of his life!
But HOW could Rashid leaving their house endanger their secret? Why would he himself go to the police?
We all were supposing that its Razia who is the main antagonist but Siddque Sahab has now shown his true colors!
What sank my heart is the thought that CVs now have a well etched reason for getting Zoya and Ayaan married:( Won't Zoya seek vengeance for her mother's death? Won't she think of getting into the house of perpetrators? She definitely will! We've got the hint today itself, recording has fallen into her room!
And Dishad you CANNOT leave us!
