Life teaches you with experience. If you show the smooth path with just one bump (big one), your mind is more on one bumpy that you experienced rather than the smooth path you enjoyed. In the same way, if you show bumpy path with just one stretch of smooth path, your mind automatic takes the pleasure of smoothness rather than the bumpy path your experienced.
My take is simple : Irrespective experiencing the goodness of Arti for so many months, Suraj Pratap's mind is more on this one lie than the truth of goodness he experienced.
