Chapter 1- The Proposal

"KRIA .. I am in trouble " a highly agitated and angry Rey flung open Kria's bedroom door and barged in .. without even looking at what she was doing he just flopped on her bed and lay on his back '

"W*F .. Reyaansh Singhannia .. don't you have any manners .. can't you knock and enter my room ?" an equally wild Kria screamed and turned towards him .. she was in shorts and shirt and was half way thru unbuttoning her shirt ..

An oblivious Rey looked at her with a confused look .. "Why should I knock ?"

"Hell with you .. when you enter a girl's room you need to knock .. don't you know this much ?"

He looked around twice .. again with a frown he asked "Which girl?"

Kria glared at him "ME"

"OH PLEASE ' you and girl " he rolled on the bed and laughed ..

She threw a perfume bottle on him as that was the only thing she could lay her hands on ..

He caught it on time .. "Oops " and gave her his crooked boyish grin '

This made her more angry .. she charged towards him with her hair brush and started hitting him with it on his chest ..

"Ouch .. Hey '.Hey calm down .. " he tried to hold her hands to stop her .. but she was struggling with all her might and still trying to hit him ..

He tightened his grip on her wrists and spoke angrily "Did you have a fight with Shivam?"

The minute she heard his name .. she stopped .. she was still .. the hair brush automatically dropped from her hand and she looked away from Rey ..

How does he know me so well ?

He left her hands and gently made her sit next to him .. "Hey .. Kria .. look here"

But , she was not ready to meet his eyes ..

"Listen .. whatever happened between you two .. just forget that .. ok .. he will make up to you .. I am sure"

He gently cupped her face in his hands .. "Look what I have got for you ?"

She finally looked at him .. he took out a small box from his jacket pocket and opened it for her ..

The minute she saw it .. she squealed with delight and immediately grabbed the box .. and started gobbling away with glory her favorite dark chocolate truffles forgetting everything that happened and just relishing her present ..

Seeing her smile and eat the chocolate which was more of smudging it all over her lips and cheeks .. Rey simply shook his head ..

This girl is crazy ..

Finally when she had downed all the truffles and licked her fingers for the umpteenth time that she noticed that Rey was waiting for her to give him attention ..

She looked at him with a questioningly look "What "

He flung a tee which was lying on her bed on her face and said "Not that I mind seeing you like this .. but I have something important to talk to you now " he pointed to her half opened shirt which was clearly showing off her milky skin and her deep valley ..

She rolled her eyes and got up from the bed "Shut up"

"Ha Ha .. I have seen you in lesser clothes than this .. Miss Ghai .. " he winked at her and smirked ..

She quickly changed and came back .. "Ok tell me .. what's happened " she asked and settling herself next to him on the bed .. they both lay on their back looking at the ceiling ..

"I am screwed up "

Her eyes widened with surprise and then she started laughing .. "So is it Taani or some other girl "

"Shut up Kria .. its not funny .. " he scowled ..

But .. Kria was not in mood to stop .. "It can't be Taani .. because she didn't even let you kiss her on her lips .." she started laughing loudly again '

Rey got irritated and came on his side .. and spoke solemnly "Kria .. I really need your help this time .. ."

"Of course .. Kria Ghai is always there to help Reyaansh Singhannia .. like the time you wanted to buy a condom and were embarrassed and I bought it for you ' "

He just glared at her '

"Or the time when your mom almost caught you watching the X-rated movie and I helped you out " she just went on giggling holding her tummy '

"KRIA" he held both her hands on top of her head firmly and came on top of her ..

Her laughter instantly stopped and she looked at him with shock ..

"I have to get married within 15 days " his face close to her and looking intensely in her eyes he spoke slowly ..

She frowned "So .." she was unable to understand what's his problem then ..

"Taani and I haven't told about our relation at our homes . .. moreover her Dad is having an open heart surgery next week .. so I can't marry her "

She narrowed her eyebrows "Then "

"Please marry me "

Her eye balls almost popped out with what she heard .. her shock turned into fury ..

She pulled out her hand from his grip and gave him a tight slap ..

P.S .. All the characters are good in this SS .. they may not just be compatible to each other .. so I am not bashing anyone .. and please don't bash me too for use of the characters ..
