You are wrong.
To answer your points:
1. If you've been watching this show since it started (like me), then you know that their values mean nothing. Purvi being Archana's daughter proves nothing because the "Karanjkar Sanskars" have been put to the test before and we've all seen where it's taken us. In fact, it was their values that technically ruined a lot of people's lives for a long time (Manav's scandal, "sacrificing" her daughters, giving Soham to crazies, divorce/remarrying etc. 🤢) Their "sanskars" or values are not credible.
2. Purvi is 19 years old. She's still a kid. She can be prone to succumbing to her hormones like any other human being on the planet. She could have let her guard down (which she did), especially because she loved Arjun. 😉
3. How old are you again? If you do know anything about reproduction, then you know that pregnancy works in Trimesters (1st trimester is 1-3 months or until the 13th week that usually have all the motion sickness and without much bump to show for, 2nd trimester 3-6 months or 14-27 weeks which is when most women start showing, and lastly 6-9 months or 28 weeks-til labor) There's your science lesson for the week (it'll come in handy when you deal with pregnancy yourself). 😛
With Purvi being that big, she's definitely at least 6 months (the show already disclosed that she is 7 months pregnant). If you want to talk about being logical, let's do some math. Purvi became pregnant 7 months ago, she's been in Kolkata for 6 months (also married to Onir for 6 months). So 7 minus 6 is 1. That means she was already 1 month pregnant when she left to go to Kolkata (in fact, her reason for leaving was because she found out she was pregnant with Arjun's child, Onir wasn't even in the picture). Even if she was having sex with Onir, the baby would definitely not be his because she was already pregnant when she met him (but you already knew that). 😃
Sorry about putting you in the spotlight (don't take offense, I'm just very straightforward) but if you know Ekta, you shouldn't be surprised that the baby is Arjun's. Hopefully, I was able to clear up your doubts. I, too, really didn't want this track to happen, but it did. 😕
