Why no films on female bonding?

Right from Sholay days, Bollywood has been known to stress excessively on the theme of male bonding, even till recently in the much-hyped ZNMD. But not as much exploration of the female bond, save a lone Cocktail. Why's this so?

because rather than a onscreen bonding the actresses will have more offscreen catfights.. So no filmaker takes the risk..

But would love to watch such film on female bonding.. :D

There is a very beautiful movie called DOR on female bonding...Its the best one that I have seen..

This one is really beautiful movie. Ayesh takia was surprise package in this movie. Best performance by her and Gul Panag.
