Which TV series could've made a good film?

Which TV show on Indian (or international) television could have made a good movie (if adapted properly to silver screen) according to you?

My vote goes to: Sarabhai Vs Sarabhai, Chandrakanta and my all time favourite Dexter (dying to see something like Dexter in a movie)!!

Also, I think basic premises of those "mature love stories" like BALH, Na Bole Tum Na Maine Kuch Kaha, Kuch Toh Log Kahenge would make for interesting movies. To think of it, a show like Paravarish which deals with the relationship between parents and children, if done right, could make for a great movie.

You can make a thriller movie out of the millions of crime shows on air--NCIS, Bones, Criminal Minds, Psych, CSI, Law and Order, etc. Sherlock has already been turned into a movie and the TV series' episodes are anyways mini films 😆
