This sign shows that Aarti's love for Yash is true and being a pious man, Yash is kind of convinced with this sign..Ok this part I really can't comment much as I'm an atheist but I'll just view it as a sign.. In real life, whenever we are in some kind of dilemma, we always look out for some kind of sign and when we get it in a significant form, we will believe it and this is exactly what Yash did.
