Sonu Nigam gets injured while performing

Sonu Nigam has been working very hard on his career and the toll seems to be taking on his health. Recently while performing on stage in New Delhi he collapsed, the reason which was detected, as a slipped disc. The inside sources reveal that Sonu has not been keeping well prior to the show and was on medication. However once he got on the stage he kick started with entertaining the crowds with a matchless zeal and forgot all about his illness. But after sometime he felt an acute pain and took a break. But the show had to go on and so he came back and started singing again. a while after just as he bent down to shake hands with a little fan he heard a cracking sound and collapsed in pain. A stretcher was called and he was removed from the stage immediately though he was reluctant to go to a hospital. He had to perform in Ludhiana the next day and he didn't wanted to be tied down. "I slept on the floor of my room and the next day we drove 8 hours to Ludhiana with me lying down in the back of the vehicle, but the show was great so it was worth it!" says Sonu. The very next day he was in Mumbai to perform in Vashi for the Durga Puja festivities.
