It means to be thin and healthy is good. Anorexia is an eating disorder that mostly young women get when they are so conscious of their figures that they starve themselves. As they are often praised because they are thin they keep losing weight to a point where it is bad for them. This is a dangerous disease. We should have a healthy respect for our bodies and be realistic about its shape.
