Though I'm a silent member in this forum, I'd love to reply to this topic. Yes, Duggu's behaviour is normal, and I can say this confidently since I could relate to him.
When I was 2-3, my mom left me with my grandparents, and went abroad to study, so that she can give me the best future. My grandma took care of every need of mine, and my grandpa provided me with everything I wanted before I asked him. In short, I was pampered a lot. When I was 5, mom came back, and I did take a long period of time to get used to her and be friendly with her, even though she's my mom. Till I came to Canada (2 years back), if I were asked to name the person I love the most, I'd say that they're my grandparents. I always used to rank my mom after them. But now, things are different. As I'm away from my grandparents, slowly and steadily, I came close to my mom, and at present, she means the world to me. I'm so grateful to her for whatever she did for me. Leaving her own child and going abroad mustn't been easy for her, but she did for my sake. That's why, she's my ideal mom, and my bestest friend. So yes, that's my story, and the reason I shared it here is to let you guys know that time will make everything better. Main toh phir bhi ladki hoon, phir bhi yeh sab hua mere saath, even though girls are emotionally stronger than boys. At the end, I'd only say that Duggu needs some time, and I'm sure that NaKsh will understand that too. :)I don't think that Gayatri is anyway related to this matter as it's just a humanistic characteristic, but yes I still DO NOT like her as she unintentionally separated Duggu from his parents.
