The recent Red Fort explosion has sparked nationwide concern and rattled the film industry, scrambling multiple shoots planned in Delhi. With tighter security measures now in place, the release schedule for RRR star Ram Charan’s upcoming project has been pushed back.

Ram Charan was set to resume shooting for his upcoming film with a brief patch-work schedule in Delhi. The crew had secured permission to film inside the historic Red Fort and surrounding areas on November 17, but those plans were disrupted by the recent city explosion. Filming is now postponed until further notice.
A source informed ETimes, “Some patchwork for Ram Charan’s upcoming project was scheduled to be finalized, for which the team had received permission to film within the grounds of the Red Fort and its nearby locations on November 17. However, the schedule has now been altered."
Another insider revealed that the team had also booked November?15 and?16 for filming, but those plans are now canceled.
Rashmika Mandanna’s upcoming film Cocktail 2 which also stars Kriti Sanon and Shahid Kapoor has had its Delhi shoot postponed.
According to the film’s producers, rising air pollution and heightened tensions after the Delhi explosion forced the team to delay the Old Delhi shoot. Various factors prompted the postponement, but the schedule hasn’t been canceled — new dates are expected to be set by month-end.
