Off course Shiv want a real suhagraat. Becoz may be this marriege is a compromise for anandi but not for him.He have a accepted this marriage from his soul.That is why he is totally commieted to ANANDI. That is why his attachment is more to the singh rather that anandi's attachment to the shekhers.That is not like that he is only physically attracted to anandi and just want a early physical comsumation with her lady love.But if shiv will not show the his warmth to their relation then how anandi will reciprocate it.Actually in this case anandi is a ICU patient and shiv is her doctor.Only his proper treatment can break the ice and make anandi a real happy person.If he become cold and casual to the relation then anandi will never ever forget his past.That is why Bv is showing the Shiv's excitement.

And one more thing in husband wife relation a wife have the full right to that she should get all her need and wish from her husband.In her previous marriage Jagya was unable to fullfill anandi's need.
