Wow nice observation. I think you are right. It seems nowadays Aarti is leaving proof of her deception( couldn't come up with another word) everywhere for Yash to find. First she gave her bangles to that chemist in the hospital and completely forgot about it. And now she lost her earring. Oh god she will get a nice earful from Yashji 😉
