What Aarti Says She Does?

I've watched the first half of the episode right now, and Aarti just told Bua that she always does what she says. If this was true, then why hasn't she told Yash the truth by now? Or is this a double meaning, that she will tell Yash the truth? I loved the symbolism with the diya though, back to the episode! Share your views!
