On a serious note, I think she feels obligated to help Prashant cause of all the things that she feels Dubeys has done for her and Ansh...Which actually tells ya that in her mind she does not deserve the love and affection that the Dubeys showered her when Prashant left and she was just incurring the debt...Now she has to pay them back...

And she could not tell Yash cause she knows that Yash will be disappointed abt this and honestly she does not know if Yash will allow Ansh to continue with the BMT...she feels that she owes the Dubeys so she must let the BMT drama be over and then she can tell Yash...Anyway, since she has been lying for the past few months what's another few weeks gonna make a difference to her - at least it will allow her to repay Dubeys kindness in the meantime...
