Always together

Having lunch together has become a daily routine now. Arnav used to take time to choose the best restauraunt where as Khuhsi used to take time to dress up in her best every time. She was so much enjoying this after marriage dating period. She was not only giving chance to relationship but also to heself. She finally got ready, Arnav came to pick her up. They went for an Italian today. During the lunch they not only discussed about Arnav's new client's sneezing habit but also Khushi's new book she has just started reading. Arnav not only gave attention to her talks but participated in them. Khushi was all feeling comfortable.

Today's lunch was a bit different; Arnav took a leave after lunch and proposed Khushi for an outing. They went to see River thames, Khushi enjpyed the view from London eye, Arnav and Khushi too did some shopping on Oxfords street, Then Arnav told Khushi, " Khushi there is a fair in Camedon will you like too join"

Khushi smiled at his request. Camedon was 45 minutes ride they reached there and the whole village was decorated for the fair. Khushi tried some traditional dresses and danced with the locals, Arnav clicked lots of her photos. Khushi was enjoying all this, she was back to her chulbula pan and was too comfortable with Arnav. Arnav whereas was mesmerized by her all kinds of antics. It was already evening when they went inside a bar, they ate some light snack and drank some homemade wine. It was the first time for Khushi to taste any kind of alcohol. After that they decided to return, as the weather of London can't be predicted suddenly it started to storm and rain poured down when Arnav and Khushi reached near there home. Khushi was enjoying this too, she was all wet in the rain and was calling Arnav to come outside of the car and enjoy the rain. Khushi dragged Arnav outside in the rain. They both were wet now. Khushi was too happy and dancing in the rain, seeing that Arnav approaches her but he slips in the rain and stumbles down, watching Arnav fall down Khushi burst into laughter, Arnav too laughs seeing Khushi smiling, Khushi give her hand and tries to pick Arnav but Arnav pulls her down and she too falls down on the ground. They both laught at each other condition.

Both Arnav and Khushi enters the home laughing and smiling remembering their previous fall. They both reach their room and Khushi starts drying her hair, while doing that some drops land on Arnav's face then he notices how wet is his wife, the salwaar she is wearing is perfectly hugging her petite figure and revealing much to his naked eye. He stops Khushi from drying her, Khushi looks at him questioning, that's when he leans forward to her lips and capture it in a passionate kiss. Khushi just closes her eyes not reacting any thing and only feeling her husband lips on her, when she finds his tongue making way inside her mouth she starts reacting and a small moan escapes her mouth. Arnav roams his hand on her back and starts unzipping her kurta. But their pious act is disturbed by a knock at the door. They stops what they are doing and freezes for a second. Khushi immediately leaves Arnav and Arnav answers the door while Khushi takes her clothes and goes change, its Bertha(their maid)

"Aakash Sir is called, your granny is not keeping well, he tried your number but it is coming switched off"

Arnav panics at this news and immediately calls Aakash who informs him that Dadi is fine now, doctor came for check up and she is resting now. Khushi comes out after changing and ask what's the matter. Arnav tells her everything. Khushi tries to console him and ask him to change after that they can go to Dadi's house and stay there tonight. Arnav looks at her. There is an eye lock for few seconds and after that they feel a little awkward. Arnav goes to change.

Dadi's house

"tum log kyun aagaye mein bilkul thik hoon, kyun itni chinta kartey hoon"

(why did you both come here I am absolutely fine, why you worry about me so much)

"ha, I can see how much fine you are, how could you do this, you should have informed me dadi, aap istarah se bimar thi and you did not care to tell me"

"acha baba galti hogayi sorry"

"please dadi, how can I live if anything happens to you"

"bas bas...dadi sees Khuhsi...Khuhsi tum darwaaze pe kya kar rahi ho idhar aao"

(Khushi what are you doing at the door come here)

"Arnavji bilkul thik kehrahe hain aapko humey batana chahiye thaha na, dadi aaj ki raat hum aapke paas rahengey"

(Arnav is right, you had to inform us, todays night we will be staying with you)

"iski kya jarurat hain"

(there is no need)

"ji nahin hum aapki baat bilkul bhi nahin sunengey, jab tak aap thik nahin ho jati hum aap ko akela nahin chodengey"

(no we won't be listening to you and won't go any where until you are fine)

Tomorrow morning Arnav mothers reaches there too and again starts taunting Khushi infront of dadi, dadi does not like this and starts scolding Ratna. Arnav overhears and tells his mom to leave. In the afternoon, Dadi calls Khushi and they share a little chat about how Arnav is so moody and how he is so similar to his Dadaji, how he was traumatised by his fathers death. Khushi felt for Arnav, Dadi gives her some old jewelry and tells her to take care of this family. She advises her not to hate Ratna even she is mean to her. Dadi does not look fine, so khushi calls her doctor, she calls all the family member, Arnav sits besides Dadi holding her hand when she for the last time calls his name and closes her eyes. Arnav is all teary when Khushi keeps her hand on his shoulder, he turns back, hugs her and cries his heart out.

All the rituals regarding funeral is handled by Khushi, Anjali tries to help but Khushi denied her for the sake of Anjali's condition. Arnav sits in the bar when he is joined by his mother

"I can understand what position Ma had in your life, she totally took my position in your life"

"Its ok mom, you don't have to be nice, you ca leave now"

"why do you hate me, Arnav?"

"I don't hate you mom, how can I, instead I hate the situation which made us like this, I hate the fact you could not be strong enough, when we needed you you were never there for us"

"He was my husband"

"We were your children and he was our father too, when we lost him we lost you too"

"Arnav...don't be mean too me"

"Mom, I can't do this today"

Arnav leaves from there, Khusi sees him and asks him to sit for satsang which she have hosted to pray for Dadi's soul to rest in peace, Arnav denies but Khushi insist and he stays.

Its been two months after Dadi's demise, the lunch date has stopped, Arnav is more busy than before, he come home late and leaves for office early. So khushi became creative today, prepared Arnav's lunch and went to his office herself.
