May be tappu will die after reuniting families and getting things better.remember she had a brain operation right..what is the reason to show that..After jogi and family full heartedly accept her Tej will plan to take revenge on her..and she will die..i think

Taps won't be die becoz she already tkn treatment and she wil happily stay with rathore. if taps die there is no meaning of uttaran

the answer to your question as to why they showed Tapasya as a brain cancer patient was because it showed how she was remorseful for doing bad her whole life, and she says so herself, that this was her punishment from God.

Now that she has changed her ways, God has given her a second chance at life to fix her mistakes.
