Was quite unhappy with the answers I got from Starplus customer care team.
So I called the Head Office and spoke with Mr Shankar's secretary Carolina at 1710hrs today 19th Nov.
She advised me that Mr Uday Shankar was attending a board meeting.
When I checked about the email I had sent,she was unable to locate it.
She had no information about the meeting at 6.00pm regarding the show and advised me to speak with the Programming section as she did not deal with those issues.
I conveyed our unhappiness to her and advised her that my Uk based family and friends would rethink their Starplus subscriptions.
She graciously agreed to give our feedback to Mr Shankar.
Also advised her that I would post this conversation on India Forums.

I then called 022-67227777 and asked to be transferred to Programming.
My call went unattended.
The operator said she was unable to complete my call and advised me that she could not give me the head of programming email id.
BTW,no one in Starplus seems to know about the 6pm meeting.
Just want to know,how did we on India forum get information about this meeting?could someone help with that information
...
Hope that the Starplus guys are not taking us for a ride
