Indira is nothing more than a donor.For that case Rishi and Indira marriage status is alos nullified as Indira is not with him for 8 years.Shweta is Rishi's legal wife.

Zara / Indira was never given the chance to do any of this... when she went to the doctor's because she thought she was pregnant she was told she had a brain tumor...so she never knew she was pregnant. Ethically you could say that Shweta stole her baby, she was part of a procedure where there was no full disclosure to the patient (Indira never knew, so how could they ethically implant her embryo into Shweta ?). So wouldn't this make Indira more of a victim of theft?
Morally? because there was no good intent from the beginning how could anything that followed be morally correct? Had the intent been good from the beginning Indu would have been told the circumstances behind her birth and the amount of secrecy that surrounds Indira's name would not exist. Children raised with the truth often have a better chance at being well adjusted adults when that truth is tempered with love. That no one has told Indu the truth is more than a little bit evident in her search for it ( she doesn't know what the truth is but she does know that there is a greater truth that she is not a part of). Ever person in that house who is over the age of ten is lying ( granted by omission) but lying nonetheless to that child. Where are the good morals in that?
As for Rishi and Indira, he has acknowledged Shweta to the general public as his wife but not in his heart nor his home. After 8 years of marriage and no consummation I would say that's more of a roommate situation than a marriage. He has always told the one's that matter ( his family, her family, and Shweta) that Indira is his only wife. So there is no confusion on where Shweta stands in his life. That Shweta chooses to believe after those 8 years that something will change says more about her character than his. There hasn't been an iota of softening towards her and the friendship that was there before Indira died has morphed into a tacit form of indifference (which is worse than hate because at least then there is some strong emotion behind the feeling).
I won't even touch on the legality of what all has happened because legally this all looks like it could shape up to be an incredible mess. However if Indira was not aware of her pregnancy and Shweta stole that embryo there is a lot of legal misconduct that no court system in the world is actually equipped to deal with.
And too the whole mothering issue Shweta gave birth to Indu ...true (but a cat can give birth , that doesn't make it a mother) The only thing that has been shown clearly is that she is possesive of Indu and indulges her whims, she has obviously not set boundaries nor set up any expectations or goals for Indu.

See Ramya I think that everyone has their personal views and you can't force anyone to change that.The way in which you think others may not think in that way.I can also say that a person who didn't do her treatment just for the sake of her baby,aren't you insulting her by calling her an emryo donor?

At the legal part Shawta sign an agreement that she will not have have any right on Indu , I hope you remember . When want you to good things to other you don't expect them to pay you back do you . I didn't see Indra or Rishi put a gun on Shawts to curry their baby or get marriage to Rishi it was all her choice . Zara is Indira so she is with her husband nothing wrong with that. Shawta can go to hell if she want to . If this goes to court I say Zaish wins hands down. Shawta was surrogate mother and will always be one . Indu belong to Inshi / Zaishi only . Cv please end shawta character .

sweta herself used indra also to get rishi as first she take advantage of indra illness then took adavantage of her pregnancy to be in rishi always to be as indu mother...ussse apne karmo ka phal mil raha hai so no sympathy 4 sweta at all

Shweta cheated her herself because ever since from the beginning shweta knew that Rishi loved Indira n nobody could replace her in his life not even shweta but still she got married to him in hope to get rishi. When shweta decided to keep indu in her womb she said I will leave after the baby is born and it's her way to reform her mistake for not telling rishi about indira's illness so what happened to shweta after. She didn't fulfilled her promise n she got selfish because she gave birth to indu n wanted to keep her. I understand her feelings as a mother but when she tried to win over rishi too she lost all the respect from me. So its her fault to run after rishi after knowing the reality of rishi loves indira plus she destroyed her friendship with rishi as well.
