For most principles are spouted during the best of times and for the benefit of others... Living by and for your principles during times of duress is the true measure of character...Seems Shoba is finding this out the hard way💔💔💔

@Anonee: True P lost all his legal rights the moment he denied and abandoned him...As for Ansh getting brainwashed by the Dubeys it is possible but I would like to believe that Aarti & Yash's love for him will be stronger.

Have a goodnight! 😊

@Morris: Great take 👏 👏...same here, I was really happy that P didn't call Aarti and that she found out through the girls and the auto driver.

As for that Doc, it's illegal to start any procedure on a minor without his legal guardians permission no matter what their grandparents say.

I hope Aarti tell Yash everything and that together they protect they family.

@Angel: Me too, I want all of them to go in jail...I understand being desperate but that doesn't mean you forget you humanity, to play God with a child's life like that is just wrong...Shame on the Dubeys and on the doc for not asking about the child's mother 😡 😡 😡

It was a good episode, two in a row!!!

The first part wherein Yash being slept while Aarti reveals the truth, mesmerized with her hair the next morning and telling her about the vrat..
The second part is the BM test for Ansh without Dubeys telling Aarti...

BTW, does the grandparents have the right to give consent for the medication(even just a test) of their grandson??? How come the doctor didn't even ask the whereabouts of the mother/father???😕

That's just for me by now, need to take some rest..

GOOD MORNIGHT EVERYONE!!! 😳

P.S. Thanks to the live updaters...
Where's Jyo anyway?? 😕

I think the doctor's know that Ansh is Prashant's son but they wouldn't know that he is not the legal guardian. Dubey told them that Prashant had a son, Shoba told them that aarti and Prashant were divorced but no one said that Prashant had no legal rights.

i would just love it if when dubey is defending his actions, he says that ansh is prashant's son.

here, JKR Aarti should say (in front of Yash):

"Really. Was Ansh his son when Ansh was kidnapped? Who saved Ansh's life that day? His father did - Yash.

Back then you were very happy that Ansh has a father like Yash who will go out of his way to save someone who isn't "his" blood.

And now, if your son is getting a 2nd chance at life, it is because Yash gave Ansh that 2nd chance, not Prashant. This Prashant, who when informed that Ansh was kidnapped said that Ansh's father was Yash. Prashant can get his "ansh's" bone marrow, but he will never Ansh's father."

Hello all! Sounds like quite the episode today!

And Dr.Jaiswal - he is ready to start the BMT after 3 days and told Shoba not to worry about this. He didnt even ask once, is the mother fine with carrying out these tests since we need the mother's signature. I very well know about these procedures. The hospital will ask for a valid reason if any other guardian is with the child instead of one of the parents even if its a simple test before the operation .
I really want Aarti to disclose this matter to Yash instead of further waiting for 'the right time'. Its already getting late. I hope she sees the Prashant impact on Ansh and take an action soon. Though Yash and Ansh are going to be hurt, atleast let it be on a lesser level. As Jyo and others here said, I too dont want Ansh to be the donor. If thats what is going to happen, let it happen with AarYa's permission.

I still have to see the episode, but I agree with you wholeheartedly, morris. If Dr. Jaiswal is indeed planning to proceed without personally talking to the child's mother, then there's a serious ethical and procedural breach. Apparently, he's taking it for granted because Prashant is flying by on his claim as Ansh's biological father. I also won't be surprised if Dubey, in his desperation, has lied/will lie about Aarti's knowledge if asked. Everything the Dubeys are doing right now has "backfire" written all over it.
I'm also with you on Aarti needing to tell Yash now because, like I said, this has "backfire" written all over it. But, in this soap world, I expect more obstacles/distractions thrown her way before she tells Yash or he gets to know via someone else (my ideal scenario would be Shobha telling Yash everything in Aarti's presence -- from the divorce lie to the test on Ansh as a possible bone marrow donor). On the eventual donor, it won't surprise me if Ansh won't be the donor in the long run either, but the emotional and relational damage between Aarti and the Dubeys may have already been done.
Looking forward to seeing the episode later tonight!

Loved the episode! I don't think Aarti will believe them this time, after all she did know it was a cancer ward. Does anyone else think Yash may have heard?

"Oh what tangled webs we weave, when first we practice to deceive." ...Walter Scott

This above all: to thine own self be true,
And it must follow, as the night the day,
Thou canst not then be false to any man'...William Shakespeare

Deception involves "acting in such a way which leads another person to believe something that you, yourself, do not believe to be true"

The single lie that Dupey-n-Shobha told the Scindhiyas has now come to haunt them. The right thing that any honorable, intelligent person would do - is arrange a formal meeting with SP and AarYa and confess. Admit to lying and seek forgiveness while ensuring that Aarti does not face the repercussions of their deception. Then, spill the facts of P's medical condition and seek their assistance.

However, this is a serial and there has to be drama and super deceit. So like how a virus infects our body the Dupeys deception is infecting AarYa's family.

A virus enters our body by deception - so as not to be recognized as foreign. Once infected it takes a while before we sense we are ill and get treated. Similarly, deception takes the lead - it takes a while to be detected or sensed by the victim/s. In other words the victim is always playing catch-up, meanwhile the deceiver has caused a lot of injury!

Dupey knows that ultimately the truth will be revealed - then what? How will he explain his actions and thoughts to the Scindhiyas? Will they ever be able to atone to AarYa and Ansh? Then why does he fool himself (self-deception) and them? Why is he tempted to reorganize information in all sorts of improbable ways both to himself and others?

Is he a pathologic liar? Is he manipulative by nature? Is he being driven by the basic instinct of survival and reproduction? It could be all of this and more. However, one thing is clear - the affection that he has for Ansh is far less than his affection for P. He views Ansh as a means to an end, today when the doctor was injecting Ansh - I did not see Dubey/Shobha holding Ansh's hand while he was going through the pain. And right after, they sent Ansh out alone without a hug or a word of affection!

P's view of Ansh is no different from that of Dupey, in that Ansh is just a means to an end. If not, by now, he would have picked up the phone and informed Yash/Aarti. In addition, he has connived with his father to get Dr. Jaiswal believe that he, the birth parent has never abandoned his son and has full legal rights! If this is not abusing one's child - I do not know what to call it!!

You and I both know that the Dupeys are going to pay heavily for this deception. I for one do not believe in building my life and my relationships in this manner.

The Dupeys have been shown to be God-fearing. I hope their prayers and meditation on God - comes through and they spill all to Aarti and/or Yash at the earliest!!

Note: You may have noticed - I have started calling Dubey as Dupey - as he dupes people.

EDIT: Prashant, Dupey and Shobha are exploiting their intimacy and friendship with Ansh to lull him and get him to lie for self-serving purposess. They do not view it as teaching him to lie - they view it as necessary for P to survive. In other words, they are not just practising deception but also imposing/inducing it in Ansh - to Ansh's detriment but to their advantage.
