I was watching Zee Cafe and there was this promo that came on where Zoya is dancing with the other family around her. She brings Dilshad and Shireen together to dance with her. So, does this mean that she will be the one to unite the two family?

Yes, the promo implies that Zoya will be responsible for uniting Rashid's two families. At least, she will try her best to. Why she would should be related to her past which is yet to be revealed (:
