Episode begins with Shubham and vishu hugging. Vishu was pleading for happiness. He tells him that I had found out the day I held your hand. Vishu tells him that now that I have found all my relations I have come to far haven't I? Shubham tells him that forget everything think about Suhana. Vishu replies Suhana? Shubham says yes she till today wears munglesutra and sindoor of your name. Vishu answers despite the fact that I treated with no respect and gave her only sadness and not only her everyone. Visu cries and says you all shouldn't have saved me. Shubham tells him that now just come home. Vishu tells everyone I hope my Suhana forgives me. everyone leaves and he is super happy.
Meenu calls vishu and tells him that Suhana will come meet you and listen to me carefully ok. Meenu tells him that make Suhana so weak that evern if she breathes she feels helpless and then she see's Alpa come in so she changes the topic to yes vishu I will send Suhana to you. Meenu cutts the phone.
Meenu cries and tells Alpa that vishu called and asked for Suhana. Will Suhana go meet him? Alpa replies that don't worry I am there I will make sure and meenu tells her I wonder what good I have done in my past life that I have got you in this life. She turns to her head and gives her V for victory evil look.

Alpa is on the phone with Shubham telling him that I will tell her. She tells Suhana that vishu is very sorry for whatever he did and however he treated you he realized he did wrong. Alpa tells her I am so happy. Nihal is standing outside and Suhana sees him they both look at each other. Nihal leaves and Alpa tells Suhana that she should be the first to meet vishu and that everyone in the house wants her to do that too. Suhana smiles and agrees to do what Alpa says. Alpa leaves. Suhana remembers all that times that Nihal and her had together and also how vishu treated her thinking about all this suhana is sad and in tears.
Nihal walks in and both Suhana and him have a little eye tag. Nihal leaves.
Next moring everyone is in pooja. Dadi tells her that today I pray to god that when you leave I pray that you get only happiness. Alpa tells her that yes vishu has become good and I pray you get all the happiness. She tells her that she understands her feelings. Suhana agrees and leaves.
Suhana leaves towards the car. She see's Nihal and he walks towards her he tells her that he isn't there to stop her from whatever she is going to do but he is here to tell her that he is leaving far away from her and taking all the moments they had spent together their love their everything he adds that if she ever needs him he will always be there for her no matter what. He tells her goodbye and good luck and then They both just look at each other and she slowly sits down and as she is leaving Nihal turns to look at her and she looks at him through the view-mirror.

Suhana arrives at the hospital and asks where vishu's room is. And there vishu gets a call from sush where is is telling her not to cry and that he only has left for a reason and Suhana is walking towards his room and she hears vishu telling sush that he is in a stupid hospital acting and that he has and will always love only her forever. Suhana keeps hearing that in her mind and is all numb. She slowly leaves and remembers everything that vishu said and did to her how he treated her.
She looks around everywhere helplessly and finds herself in darkness with only one light and she runs to the light as she is running towards the light with tears and sits down as she remembers all the words vishu said. The darkness disappears and someone is patting her shoulder and saying to her ma'am and she gains back her senses. She opens her eyes and tells the doctor that she is fine and the doctor helps her get up. the doctor leaves and Suhana just stands there.
She calls Nihal on his cell and asks him where are you? Nihal is tensed and tells asks what happened to her. She tells him please don't go and cries he pushes the break on the car and Suhana still cries. He gets out of the car and tells her what happened you went to meet vishu right? She replies yes and is about to say something when Nihal tells her that you don't need to say anything whatever you had to say and do you have done. Now you will do what I tell you to do and that is we will get married today and Suhana gets a shock……..ends…………..
