Does anybody know the background track/qawwali which was played at the mosque scene yesterday (where Asad first laid his eyes on Zoya)?? Is it a QH original?

It went like this...
"Kalma tere naam ka padh-padh ke deewana,
Ek dil ne seekh li hain baatein sufiyana..."

It was beautiful. 😊

Yup, 'tis adapted from an Amir Khusro creation.
Part of it is from there!

I found the Nusrat Fateh ALi Khan version too... 😃

Nah didn't find it. I think its an independent track made for QH itself.
We'll have to extract it from the video only I guess.
