After so much time i am writing something here...its just an analysis on what my heart says that indira and rishi are facing...
i have tried presenting it with some lines ...

from rishi's pov ...Its a saying ki " pyaar ek baar hi hota hain " , and for rishi that one and only love was always indira . No one was able to replace her space in his life . He never let anyone have it . The one who loves someone madly can never let him/her die , and yes rishi till today have kept indira alive , he never let her die . He after 8 years also share his problems with shrimatiji in order to find solutions to them . She has been an eternal part of his life , his dreams , his achievements , his everything . After indira's death , he was the most affected . And now today seeing zara , when his heart reacts to her , when he is confident that she is his indira . He don't know how to explain that feelings to others . How should he describe to his indira that with how much difficulty he lived without her or he should say he was no more than a dead body without her . He is kind off trapped in a situation , after the entry of zara ( for rishi , his indira ) he has got his senses back and realized the importance of shweta in his life . He now do recognize her sacrifices for him . But he has no idea what to tell her , how to express that he is just made for his shrimatiji , his indira . And he can't just think of his life without her , or should i say his wife is his life . He do have respect for shweta's love for him and don't wish to hurt her but want her to accept situations somewhere . Last night episode somewhere highlighted those feelings , rishi cared for her feeling and was troubling in himself , somewhere wanted to tell her the truth so that she can relax His situation he just can't leave / forget the one he has always loved . And ya he is sure because rishi has been someone who always trusted his heart and today his heart just tells him that zara is none other than his own wife . And he don't want to stay away from her . We can easily he is flirting with indira ...that's wrong etc etc...even i felt that after medical reports but the thing is no one is able to realize what he is going through . Its like he had to choose between love and medical science , and he choose his heart . Those beat which grows when he come near to zara . Its a fact that if he wasn't her indira , how he affected him ??, changed him ??. Just the same face can't touch one's heart . Liberate him from the prison he was in for last 8 years .

and now coming to zara . I don't blame her as well . i feel why shouldn't she respond to rishi or i feel it's a controllable response . Guys she has lost her memory . Memory is connected to brain . But her heart , it still feels for her husband , for her rishi . And when he is close to her , naturally she feels good . She somewhere wants him close to her . And she is his wife , his indira . This do happens she is close to him , her heart hasn't forgotten him . Still she always tries to be good with malik . She even took those belts just because of the guilt, she hadn't done anything wrong but still just because she was hiding that too because she does know that malik don't likes her with rishi . She feels a guilt in her heart that when she close her eyes , she sees rishi and not malik . But is that her fault ? . Rishi is her only love and ofcourse her heart can never forget the person she has been madly in love with . I don't feel zara;s character has anywhere went wrong specially when we all know that she is our indira only . Zara has no one to tell what happened 8 years back . She has no one with whom she can discuss , whenever she discuss ...she just gets proofs by malik . Emotional satisfaction isn't with her . She somewhere even got puzzled with her own identity in starting . She can't even discuss her feeling with anyone , because if she tries discussing with malik, he feels bad and she can't dare to discuss it with rishi . She is trapped in such a situation where her hearts beats for a person and she is married to another . Still when she imagined rishi coming near to her , she shouted , it's a sin. Zara has always controlled her feelings and have tried her best not to let them rule her, nor she has cheated malik in anyway . And adding to this , the girl is burdened with the responsibilities of nation too as a police officer .
the conclusion
For me every inshi scene is quiet well justified . Zara and rishi both have their own reasons for behaving the way they are behaving . And both have been within the limits . In short i am loving hd . And i am loving everything , deep below the scenes , cv's are handling deep emotions really beautifully . Proud of the whole hd team .
