Today's episode underscored Yash and Arati's relationship as theater, not only for us as the audience, but also for the family members themselves. Unlike Pratik-Paridhi or Pankaj-Vidhi's relationships, where most arguments and discussions between them are held in their own rooms, Arati and Yash's relationship has always on display for all to see. Right from the beginning of this show, the Scindia family, along with the audience, have been treated to all the nuances and theatrics of Arati and Yash. Starting from keeping everyone in the wedding mandap waiting, and culminating in her public flight in the middle of the huge birthday gathering, Arati has contributed her share of the relationship-on-display. Yash, also has not been far behind, starting with the divorce drama to the month-long everything-is-falling-apart tantrum, which affected the whole household. In this manner, Arati and Yash's relationship has always been negotiated out in the open, scrutinized by all the family members.

I think this is a very clever move by the creatives of the show, and emphasizes an important point that until Yash and Arati come to a harmonic understanding between them, which cannot happen without emotional maturity, their relationship will continue to be vulnerable, and seek expression primarily outside themselves. Their dynamics, in a sense, will continue to be enacted in the open, thereby further weakening their tenuous bond by constantly being the potential target of everyone's opinions and interference, Boa being a case in point.

When Papa Cas allowed them in the house, after the most recent fiasco, it was with the tacit understanding that they would grow to make decisions together and no longer subject the entire family, including the young ones, to their "ashanti." But that clearly did not happen, with Arati going into great details about the pregnancy complications in front of the whole family before disclosing them first to Yash. Therefore, it is good that Papa Cas threw the decision of how to proceed with the pregnancy back on to them.

It will be interesting to see whether this dynamic will change with the upcoming Prashant disclosure, or if we have to wait until Yash is able to fully commit to Arati.

Agreed Papa Scindia is a Patriarch...one who knows his position but also tries to clear out things for others to make decisions for themselves...I knew he'll make them take the final call despite Bua's insensitive suggestions..

But I somehow couldn't agree to this point...Why can't Aarti-Yash have a private talk particularly when such a crucial decision is to be made

Its also right to involve elders in some decisions but it is a couple who should decide such things...But Papa Scindia saved the day...Loving his approach and decisions lately

I think CVs are showing this intentionally to prove the point as this is Punar Vivah and thus husband and wife are not like normal husband wife. They are just sharing their lives for kids sonever have privacy been between themlike normal hubby wife.

Now that their relation and understanding willincrease then slowly it will be that they discuss thing between them selve and it will be the journey for AArya
