My guess is that arti will go for abortion (wiith family support) and there Prashant will be undergoing treatment at same hospital.

Anyways nowadays CVS (who just read hype word in medical science and start using concept in serial without even knowing if that procedure is YET successful or not) will come up with plot where somehow doctors will suggest using Aayu's cord blood cells to treat prashant's cancer..

Then drama will start to know- how they two matched and truth to come out..

I want Aarti to give her cord blood, but I don't think cord blood works for stomach cancer... and for her to give her cord blood, she'd need to give birth wouldn't she? Oh well, it's a serial, we'll have to pretend logic doesn't exist, although PV has a lot of logic compared to other serials.

Celina -- Gayatri's in Delhi, so they wouldn't be in the same hospital
