Priyanka Chopra to be in YRF's upcoming film 'Gunday'Press Trust of India / Mumbai October 14, 2012, 17:55

Priyanka Chopra will be seen alongside Ranveer Singh and Arjun Kapoor in Yash Raj Film's upcoming 'Gunday'.

The film is directed by Ali Abbas Zafar of 'Mere Brother ki Dulhan' fame.

For the leading lady, Priyanka has been finalised, sources said.

A YRF spokesperson confirmed the development, without giving further details.

Priyanka would be teaming up with Ranveer and Arjun for the first time.

The film is set in Kolkata, between 1971 to 1988. Ranveer and Arjun play two boys who start out as wagon-breakers and coal thieves and go on to become powerful mafia figures.

Both Ranveer and Arjun started their career in Bollywood with YRF movies 'Band Baaja Baarat' (2010) and 'Ishaqzaade' (2012), respectively.

The film goes on floors this December.

this one i doubt will have anything interesting.

But since PC is not over exposed with yrf, she should do it! Her last release with yrf was just beyond terrible- pyar impossible!

^^^Ranveer, Arjun and the director were badly hoping Katrina would do this one and her luck would rub off on the film too. But Katrina is certainly a smart cookie.

Two very bad-looking and unattractive guys and one plastic doll as the cast? The story better be interesting, or else I'm definitely going to be skipping this one.
