the songs i had in mind have already been mentioned

how about "Chandni Raatein" (Dupatta)... 1 of my fave songs of Noorjehan's 😊 ... composed by Firoze Nizami... i'm not sure if this is classed as a Pakistani song 😕 ... but lyrics are Hindi so thought i'd suggest it... a very popular song with a number of remix attempts 🤢

while we're on the topic of Noorjehan, there are a few nice songs in the film Koel, composed by Khurshid Anwar, such as "Rimjhim rimjhim" and "Dil ka diya jalaya" (again not sure if these are classed as Pakistani songs 😕 )

Dattaram composed music for some the earlier movies of RK.. though Shankar Jaikishan was the predominant MD for most of the RK movies, Dattaram assisted in the music in many movies...

One song that I remember is...

Aansoon bhari hai yeh jeevan ki raahen - Beautiful number sung by Mukesh'ji from the Movie 'Parvarish'

arr bollywood_queen ji, salilu ji ne bahut tough conditions rakhi hain. Firoz Nazmi would probably qualify for the pre-mid 50's period
