Krishna is at her Mothers house because first her mum took her away then when she came back, Tuntun didn't allow her to return, he put a condition that she should stop being BDO and that, then she will be able to return. And Pinky I don't really watch so I don't know about, someone else can tell you about her, hope this helps.

Pinky is a new BDO who tookover the BDO job from krishna as krishna was suspended for Corruption allegations (Ofcourse They were false) but In yest epi She had been proved innocent by Pintu . So Now krishna once again got her job back.
