first of all.. Thanks for update. I also think that Bapuji is faking. He wants to separate Sneha from all family members. He wants to punish her for OG thing. I really wish that Daya finds out before this goes too far.. so that all the women in the house starts their drama again.

I think that bhapu ji is faking it too...i hate him...i cant wait till everyone finds out that he is faking it...i hope that happens fast cuase this illness thing could get boring

After reading this update, I think Babuji is facking big time.. he wants to teach a lesson to Sneha.. watch he will talk to mamaji and will say that he's plan worked..
and sneha will hear everything..
