The doctor declares that Mansukhlal needs to be admitted in the ICU immediately. Sneha confides in Bhavna about Pranav threatening to divorce her. Bhavna fears a similar reaction from her husband and decides to back out from the operation. Sneha is left all to herself and feels helpless because everyone in the Shah household begins to hold her responsible for Mansukhlal's condition Even Daya begins to snubs Sneha.

If the doc says he needs to go to ICU...........How is faking it? wuldnt the doctor be involved aswell them.....lol im confused abt munsukh,

i think this is the most terrible thing MLS has done so far. i cant believe he would stoop this low and have pranav want to divorce sneha and then let it happpen. i have this gut feeling something terrible is about to happen 🤢

the doc is involved but he's just saying that so that the family members get more upset towards Sneha for OG
