Yes i loved that scene. I also thought that it conveyed that these people are so 'in-tune' with each other's thoughts that they can talk with their eyes. In contrast they showed that Adi gestured to Latika to toss a coin to select a dress for the wedding and she didn't get the sign. She is completely out of tune with how Adi expresses.

As always I think that's what I like about Indian shows and the culture. There seems to be this infatuation with eyes that one can convey their message just through one look. I found it adorable when the CV's took that point into consideration and agreeing with shesherkobita that it just comes to also show deep of an understanding Adi and Pankhu share for each other <3.

Agree with Kashish...interesting take on use of eyes in the Indian shows. I remember high praise by western reviewers (Ebert et al) of the use of eyes in the movie Jodha-Akbar (the scene where Akbar observes Jodha's Pooja ritual) whereas rest of the movie got mediocre review. In western shows/movies communication through eyes are mostly shown in Horror movies!! Romantic movies are so inclined to be physical (for lack of a better word for this forum) that the value of a little touch or looking at a loved one though the corner of one's eye is almost lost.

Def, I think there's more chemistry in the language of the eyes than through physical means. I mean they both seem to achieve the same effect but I still find that the communication with the eyes communicates so much more like understanding and how well 2 people actually know each other.
