We all see Bhuvana being punished, but Laxman is not. A simple question to you all: How can laxman be punished? He could not be taken to streets. His home or his hospital could be taken away from him. But his medical degree, medical practice and his achievements as a doctor could not be taken away from him. Even as he is alone, he will work as a doctor and take care of himself. Again, isn't it what Thulasi said yesterday? She said her husband may leave her but what she has studied could not be taken away. TA showed he is really a caring husband and elegantly snubbed his mom. Why couldn't Bhuvana study and become a doctor or engineer and that way shine creating her own identity? There are many renowmed lady surgeons and the number of ladies making mark as engineers is only increasing. She trapped up another woman's husband to get her anthastu and is aptly punished.

An important theme of this serial is women's education. From what we are seeing in Lax-Bhu-TPS case also we could see how much a woman's education is important. Every woman can study and go for job and achieve instead of clinging on to her husband. Some women because of not doing this, become insecure and so become gutter women. TA's mom, Padma or Indira - These women could very well have been educated and done something which could have helped the society a lot.

As far TPS, probably the single reason she lives with Laxman is to keep Bhuvana at bay. If TPS leaves him, Bhuvana will live with him and nothing is going to change. As we saw yesterday, Bhuvana still wants to live with him. As far Prabhakar, his choices are limited. He is still young and his dad or mom could not expect him to support either of them in their quarrels. He has every right to do what is best for him.

a good episode worthy of several comments..

bhu says that the she has worked hard for the hospital and is feeling so bad that the money she helped in earning is being enjoyed by other...NOW WAIT A MINUTE LADY...HOW DID YOU HAPPEN TO EARN THIS MONEY..like the saying that only if there is a wall can there be a picture...all this wealth building cud only be possible because of the fundamental degree that laxman holds, his medical degree and that is only because of TPS's family...if bhu feels that lax and company cannot enjoy the wealth built by her and laxman then even bhu shud given up claim on the money built using the degree made possible by tps...definitely bhu is wrong in her claim and just because she lived 20 years with laxman cannot make her the righteous wife...surely not...and that too a life lived that caused 20 years of misery and even longer for so many and one made on a wrong footing...

though laxman comes across as a selfish and spineless fellow till now, fooled as he has been by the like of bhuvana, this does not make bhu's claim right..and what i am wondering right now is what have bhu and laxman done wrong to bring in the police..has the hospital they set up has used some procedures against the law..if then that itself will bring the punishment for lax and bhu..

coming to MM, he is a poor learner himself...and he needs to witness another showdown like that during vel marriage for him to come to senses...

Mohan playing the brother and a sober one at that is good but one hopes it will last ...GW's snub was too good and hope to see more of this...

And I have to agree with vjayam about BHU. Of course Lax is a worthless fickle-minded moron and he deserves to be punished. And as far as I agree that both of them had equal part in the wrong that they did, I think what sets BHU apart is her arrogance and her vile contempt for the poor and middle to lower class income families. Her treatment of people,the way she held her nose when she went to MM's house back when she didn't know it was his house and the way she commented that even her toilet is cleaner than this dump. The way she asked T why a driver's daughter (referring to Deepa)should harbour dreams of becoming an engineer...the way she describes MM based on material wealth...I think all this makes her a rather characterless person with a complete lack of values and morals. She's just not a good person.(Fullstop!)

What saves Lax is his 'kindness'(in the broadest term of the word). His basic kindness...which any one person should have and feel for another. Having said that, I don't see what Lax saw in BHU then...because she must have had this traits all along.That's probably his penchant for shifting loyalties(which is his greatest fault). And What BHU saw in Lax...was probably the opportunity to succeed.

Overall, I think that the director should show BHU as repenting and treating the poor better, before he can show justice being served to Lax through her. Otherwise, it would still seem wrong, if Bhu in all her arrogance and vile character and contempt for people, gets to bring someone else down. She should be given an opportunity, in her current living conditions, to reflect about her basic faults first.

Lax is the bigger criminal as B was married to MM but nothing else. L actually owed every thing to TPS family.. but ditched her. BTW cant understand why two apparently smart lady want the wimp. It is amazing that B is shown as not having any property on her name.

If the logic of first wife applies. MM and B should get together .

Felt like seeing Old TA after a long time as akka said, strong dialogs from TA.. Mohan managed his best to make Padma understand.. Pavi and Mohan's talk was also good one..

Bhu should plan something against Lax for sure..😊
