This post is especially in praise of the brilliant depiction of a mothers love towards her children.
The first scene was when Saraswati was filled with guilt for being responsible for Prishna's separation. Indeed when she had brought back Krishna she was not in a frame of mind which could discriminate between right and wrong. She was drowned in her grief of having lost her husband - and today she does realize that. What stands out is that she never holds back her feelings on that and openly confesses to Krishna about her weakness and apologizes too.
A mother can go to any extent to see the welfare of her child!
Second was Ganga ever loving towards her son Babloo, who was sad at his inability to take proper care of Sonu. He felt some where he was responsible for what had happened to Sonu. Ganga was the mature mother who counsels him that these small things do happen in a child's life and that she too had dealt with much greater incidents with Babloo and Pintu being naughtier as children! She even goes to the extent of feeding her grown up son - and this shows that a mother always looks up to her child as a child no matter however old he might get!
She is most beautiful,
She is so intelligent,
She is so caring,
She is so understanding,
She is always forgiving,
She is so sweet,
She is so innocent,
She is the inspiration,
She is the motivation,
..Who is she..
Thats my Mom..
Third and the final scene was when Babloo brilliantly describes the qualities of a mother - (Yash was truly outstanding in this scene!).
Babloo tells Pintu that - even a deeper wound on us (as children)did not matter much as we had a mother to care for it and help us heal it. Sonu did not have that as Sargam was no more!
His comparison of a mother to none other than God was truly something that touched the hearts of I am sure all the viewers!
A mothers love cannot be compared to any other as it never diminishes were true words which again all of us will agree to.
A mother who sometimes shoulders the Dad's role too rather easily but a Dad can never take the role of a mother was also said with so much passion by him as he felt that he had failed as a parent in filling the void of a mother's absence in Sonu's life!
A brilliant set of dialogues said with complete conviction and deserves a thunderous applause!👏
Usko nahi dekha humne kabhi par iski zaroorat kya hogi
aye Maa
aye Maa teri soorat se alag Bhagwan ki soorat kya hogi
kya hogi
Salutations to all mothers!
Ek Hasti hai jo Jaan hai Meri,
Jo Aan se bad kar Maan hai Meri,
Khuda Hukum de to kar doon sajda usay,
Kyon ki woh koi aur nahi Maa hai meri'
