EMAET and Agent Vinod...were nothing remarkable...forgetteble roles...Then comes Heroine for which a hype was created which was larger than life...turns out the movie was trashed by everyone...but 90% have praised Kareena for her work...so Kareena the actress has redeemed herself...

Talash is a KHAN movie...the credit of its hit or flop will go to the Khan...Shahrukh bore the brunt for RA-one...not kareena...

This is a VERY GOOD year for Kareena

she pissed me off a lot with her japping, she really needs to learn to put a damn lock on it

but in terms of the content, I'm GLAD that she did projects she believed in, instead of tarnishing her career with shit like Bodyguard, Ra.One (content wise), Kambakth Ishq or whatever

She did projects that may not have been BO super successes, but she's been doing sensible roles.

Haven't seen Heroine yet (though I am gonna xD), my favorite prformance of her's this year was EMAET. I've felt she has a tendency to go OTT sometimes but she was so sincere in this one. She managed to make an equal or even bigger impact than the protagonist of the film, and that speaks loads.

Off screen, I've kinda hated her TBH. But I can't deny that she's done a very good job this year.

I think Talaash might finally deliver for Kareena. Otherwise yes irrespective of whether Heroine is a hit or not the film has been badly trashed. It wont benefit Kareena as TDP, Kahani benefitted Vidya. She might win a few awards here and there but that will be the only consolation.
