yes she is...the current promo of heroine where the background voice says...'shaurat jitna deti usse zyada cheen leti hai' belongs to helen...she might also be played a big star went onto become dust and giving tips to kareena

She is also there in one scene where Mahi Arora probably gives her the lifetime achievement award.Saw it in the making of Heroine video
