No, the actor didn't throw a party or go on a vacation, instead he donated the money that he had kept aside for the party to an NGO in Bihar. The NGO based in Yash's home town deals with AIDS awareness and handles issues relating to women and kids. The actor who is also a part of Rishton Ki Dorr, says, "After the Mumbai blasts I had decided not to celebrate my birthday. And since I had kept the money aside for the party, I thought I could use it for a good cause." Great gesture Yash!
