I really don't see the big deal.  Stars have their kid's names tattooed, I know some people who have their father or mother tattooed in some way.

I'd be more than creeped out if my man had his sister's names tattooed on his bod. Imagine waking up in his arms only to find their names staring right back at you. *Shudders*
