Not true. Smriti will NOT be leaving Kyunki. In Ekta's article, She stated the Smriti is one of the eight actors without whom, she can't do her work.

I know she is not leaving da show Kyunki...b/c according 2 her this character(tulsi) has given her an identity in da telly industry.2day if she is known it is b/c of this character so how can she leave it.Secondly Tulsi is a v.powerful role which she enacts besides Uma in TSZTSA also has da same traits n values which Tulsi has , but 2day ppl know Smriti as Tulsi N Uma will take sum time 2 make its space like Tulsi in viewers hearts.

There was a article which came but tht was rumour and both Smriti and Ekta have dismissed this rumour and as Anu has posted.....it is true tht Ekta cannot without Smriti
