Nazia Hassan's Disco Deewane Recreated In 'Student

The Dharma Productions upcoming venture Student Of The Year", has been in the news ever since it was launched. Once again the film has drawn attention since they have released the first teaser of song which is recreating the super-hit track from 80's " Disco Deewane ".

The song 'Disco Deewane' was composed by Indian producer Biddu . This chartbuster was from Pakistani pop album, performed and sung by Pakistani singer Nazia Hassan, written by Anwar Khalid that was released in 1981.

Sources have revealed Since the makers wanted to have peppy, disco song which would suit the newbie's to groove on so they chose to have this song in their film.

The modern version of the song will feature lead cast of the movie Sidharth Malhotra, Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhawan while sung by Sunidhi Chauhan with Benny Dayal with still parts of Nazia's voice in the recreated version.
