If u notice carefully in the precap, there is a capsule fallen down...and since he changed the mecd...apparently that might act as a defusion to the drama

Aree friends... they were showing a round maroon pill that fell down while he was switching the medicine. Most probably the pill will be found by our arnav / anjali and they will get doubt. It has nothing to do with the cameras fixed in the room.
