Well.. I don't think Khushi was part of his plan..

I think he started making mistakes and got diverted from his goal / mission because of Khushi

He got Arnav kidnapped...n tried to get him killed. He tried to kill Khushi's dad. Not only that when he couldn't get Khushi...he tied her up and left her in middle of the road to get run over n die.
So i dunno if i can support Shyam...but we'll see how the story unfolds.

Agreed.. As I said earlier, Gupta's were not part of his plan

Also I feel, Gupta's are a blessing in disguise for Maliks / Raizada's.. because of them Shyam's plans have been failing.. He got distracted..

Who is paying the price.. Gupta's...

Is it because of something they did in the past - because of which Malik's suffered? Are Gupta's paying the price for that now??
