A Salman Khan film without a shot of the actor taking off his shirt feels incomplete. At least for his fans. Or so the actor feels. And thus, despite there being no requirement for the RAW agent Tiger to take his top off, Salman has persuaded the makers of Ek Tha Tiger to include a special sequence. And TOI has learnt that the scene that features the actor and his shirtless torso, was shot last week at YRF Studios.
YRF spokesperson said, "Yes, Ek Tha Tiger has included one shot especially for the fans."
A source revealed, "Salman Khan plays the role of a spy. The script did not demand a shirtless scene. But he thought that his trademark act should be incorporated for his fans. After all, it is an Eid release."
And thus, Salman had a chat with Aditya Chopra and Kabir Khan, the producer and the director of the film. "They were very receptive to Salman's idea. The patch work was shot last week. It is an action sequence," added the source.
This also puts an end to rumours about the production house not being too happy with Salman's diktats. Surely, they did not have a problem acceding to his wishes this time around.
