Prologue

The thunder storm struck the country. It was raining heavily. It was said that it is the worst storm the city faced ever. Roads were empty not even a soul dared to peek outside from the cozy environment of their homes. A boy in his early seventies was running madly on the road. Its look like he is not in his senses because the heavy rain failed to stop him, to put some sense in him. His eyes were blank, showing no emotions. It looks like life tested him a lot and he was not able to take the pain he was suffering from.

He fell on his knees in the middle of the road crying loudly. "Why me? why me God? Why u choose me to suffer this pain?? Why you show me the real face of life and relations?? I was happy in my own world. Why u did this to me??? Why??? Look at me Yesterday I was the happiest person on the earth. I had a family. I had some very beautiful relations. I had a life to live. I had dreams. And see today I am empty handed. No one is here to see my grief to feel my pain. Why u snatched everything, every relation from me??? Am I that bad??? Why don't you snatch this life??? Why don't you take away my breath??? What is the purpose of my life now??? How I am supposed to live now??? Why should I breathe??? For whom should I breathe??? I don't want this life. You took everything from me, my family, my dreams, my friends and my love. Why u left these heartbeats with me??? Why don't you end this??? No I am not going to live like this." He wiped his tears and rose up with a firm determination in his eyes. "I am not going to live like this." He looked up the dark sky and laughed hysterically, "You snatched everything from me. I am snatching the last I have my breaths, my life, my soul. Yes I am going to finish that u start. I am going to end this game of yours. How are you going to stop me now???? Let's see how???" He smirked when he saw a high speed truck coming towards him. It seems that the driver lost his control of the vehicle; He stood calmly watching the most beautiful scene of his life, watching the most awaited moment of his life, watching the death approaching him. He was near to his end. He was going to end all the pains he suffered till now. Finally he came to the end. He closed his eyes in peace, "this is the End of me" and smiled. The truck was few feet away from him now.

Same time somewhere in a small village of the far region of the country, in a small room only lightened with a lantern a young girl in her early teenage is screaming. It looks she is in sheer pain. Two women surrounded her. Atmosphere is tensed and the storm is making it more horrible for the girl. "She is in pain. We have to do something soon otherwise it will be difficult for her to survive." said the younger one to the other. "Hmm yes u r right. It's becoming difficult by every passing minute. We have to act fast." Saying this woman put her hand on the girl's forehead and said "It's up to u now my daughter. Don't lose hope. Stay with us plz" but the Girl was screaming in pain. The pain was unbearable for her. "I can't" she said in a weak voice "I can't". Just then a knock on the door broke their conversation; a lady came in "why is it taking so much time??? Why did not she deliver it yet???" she asked in frustration. The young lady snapped, "I told you she is young enough for all this. She can't carry a baby at the first place, forget to deliver a child, she is 14 only. And by the way we can save only one mother or child, choice is yours, whom you want to save." She said bitterly and put an assuring hand on the young girl. The lady was shocked to react suddenly there was a knock on the door again and a man's voice came "save the girl, we don't want the child. Let the bas****** die." "No" the young girl screamed with pain, "You can't do this. It's my child. What will I say to HIM??? No I want this child." "Shut up. No matter what if the baby survived I will kill him with my bare hands. I swear I will" the man shouted and called his wife outside. The lady gave a sigh put an assuring hand on girls forehead kissed her forehead muttered sorry to the girl and followed his husband's lead.

After hours of pain finally she delivered the baby. "Is the baby alive???" asked the girl faintly. "Yes" she got answer. He will kill my baby, what I will say to him sorry I can't save my child" she looked at the locket in her hand and muttered sorry again. The doctor took the locket in her hand and get shocked, "is he the father" she asked briskly. The girl nodded. "Then this baby should be dead" saying this the doctor put his hand on the little soul's mouth to muffle her cries and the young girl fainted not to bear the pain of her own child's death
