Public collect at the gates of 108 BH and express angst against the inhuman attack on Zara , who won beauty pageant. Some accuse Zara of going against advise not to take part in such events. Public n reporters have arguments over Zara’s attack n demand bites from her parents.

Naina and Aniruddh ask the public to leave This was a hospital n army area.

They will save her life she assures . Some get annoyed that Zara will be cured n get on with her life .

Beauty pageant organisers request doctors to cure Zara so that she can partake in Miss India contest or all her struggles will be useless, it was a battle for Zara to come to this level being a Kashmiri village girl.

Suryakant ,holds meetings n discussions on managing Zara’s case .

Sameer finds Naina and uses the opportunity to feed her rajma chawal . He tries to get pally with her n puts his arm around her shoulder . Aniruddh watches them together n gets jealous n is affected .

Aniruddh gets threat calls from strangers to leave Zara to her fate or else all doctors will have the worse fate than Zara. Aniruddh seeks Sameer’s help to trace the threat calls.

Naina is shocked to see her patient, a young girl , who wants her to adopt her child born out of wedlock . Naina gives her moral lecture n influences her to make her boyfriend accept her n his child . Naina wants her BF to accept his responsibilities. Naina remembers her own broken relationship with Aniruddh. The girl wants to give birth to this child . She did not want to saddle her BF with this unplanned baby. She wants to bring up her child herself , but if she died during childbirth she wants Naina to adopt this baby . Naina is shocked .

Old man Azlan chacha is seen fiddling with electric wiring in the washroom secretly and PM Kavita misses him during her rounds. Azlan fakes he has fainted in washroom and hides his explosive devices in the toilet flush. Kavita alerts the ward staff , who rescue him n replace him to his bed. Azlan hides his devices.

Aniruddh returns home , lost in the discussions regarding Zara’s management . He watches Prarthana watching iPad n sees news about Zara winning beauty pageant She too tries ramp walk n modelling. Aniruddh encourages the kid .

At hospital Kavita misses Naina , junior doctors miss her at her residence n find her phone switched off.A worried Kavita asks Aniruddh if he knew where she was . They all find her in the library . She is doing study on how to manage Zara ‘s case . Naina’s bhaiya arrives n greets Naina . He gets annoyed on meeting Aniruddh.

Naina studies a research work on using fish collagen to treat burns, Naina gets idea for Zara’s skin repairs . Naina convinces the juniors and Aniruddh. They also take Suryakant into confidence, he seeks permission from Army commander to go ahead.

Naina and Kavita notice Kartik was too quiet n unresponsive. He seemed scared of something . Naina tries to make him speak up . He names chacha .

In the hospital Azlan is being taken around on wheelchair .. he keenly observes the hospital layout .

An extremist arrives with Acid and tries to attack Aniruddh he wants to maim Aniruddh so that he can’t cure Zara . Aniruddh identifies Farooq ., the attacker .. he is Zara’s brother . Farooq is against Zara’s publicity . He is thrown out of hospital after moral lecture by Aniruddh .

Suryakant informs they have got permission to go ahead with anything needed to be done to save Zara . Naina and Aniruddh prepare for surgery with the team. Naina puts skin graft using fish collagen .

Later the surgery is successful . They feel Zara can soon go ahead with her normal life .CO and his team of doctors face the press regarding Zara’s successful surgery .

Naina gets The BF and GF to meet by tricking the guy to come to 108 BH. They guy learns bout his Gf’s pregnancy and is excited n scolds the girl for not informing him about this news . He is ready to marry her . Aniruddh watches them as the guy says he can’t think of future with out them together . They both thank Naina for arranging their meeting which they might never have done on their own. Naina gives them moral lecture on guys ditching girls and moving on . She asks the guy to move ahead in his career n not feel his GF was a burden as she is ready to bring up the child on her own. Aniruddh watches Naina as the guy states he is not so irresponsible to ditch his GF. His love is true . As the GF n BF leave guilty Aniruddh tries to speak to Naina but she makes an excuse n leaves.

108 BH receives a large number of casualties who are highly infectious . Naina asks them to make a press release that 108 BH is under quarantine.
