Chocolate Mousse ' Prepartion time = 20 mins and is easy!
200g black baking chocolate
50 g butter
6 eggs
1 TS caster sugar
1 orange
Method
1) Put in a tin pan ( or in a microwave) the chocolate with 1TBS water. Let it melt
2) Whisk the egg whites until stiff
3) Keep Whisking and pour the sugar into the egg whites.
4) Add the egg yolks to the chocolate sauce, then the finely grated orange ring
5) Mix gently the white into the chocolate sauce
6) Keep in the refrigerator for at least 3H before serving
