Recap:

Ridhimaa fights with Armaan about the cloth issues' Armaan make her eat food' ridhimaa talked to Armaan about sharing bed.

Humans pursue most amazing life cycle. Whole day we wait for the night
so that we can close our eyes and forget all about our tensions. But with each dawn we welcome the new day with open arms and wide smiles, forgetting about all the tiredness from the previous day, following again the same routine.

Talking about routine, people of Mallik mansion were also following the usual routine. Armaan was as usual in his gym before ridhimaa could acknowledge the dawn. So, no awkward scene about facing each other occurred. Ridhimaa then helped Anjali with breakfast and by the time she got ready everyone was at breakfast table.

Breakfast was quite a cheerful issue. Anjali and Armaan teamed up against atul and sanjay as usual supported the majority. When ridhimaa tried to take her brother-in-law's side Anjali silenced her reminding her of her first day to which ridhimaa shut her mouth. How can she have BAIR with crocodile staying in water?

Once done with breakfast everyone wished ridhimaa good luck, Edward as usual glared at her which she avoided simply. She waited patiently for Armaan to wish her but he left her bidding a plain bye. Ridhimaa tried to remind him asking if he was forgetting anything, to which he replied in manner like she was 5 years old saying "no ridhimaa I am not forgetting anything"

Ridhimaa wanted to push him from the stairs but he himself skipped a step and stumbled while speaking on his phone, which gained ridhimaa another glare from Edward. Ridhimaa didn't know why but she was feeling really angry and disappointed with Armaan. Her so called husband cum friend didn't even wish her luck. How much it could have cost him to say 2 words to her? Cursing him she went to her room to get her things.

Anjali had already left as she wanted to meet her friend before going to Sanjivani which left ridhimaa with the only option i.e. to go alone. But as they say if god closes one door he opens another. So, the door opened and came out Armaan "Hey ridhimaa want lift?"

Ridhimaa looked at him bit startled "tum ab tak gaye nahi?"

"Doesn't seem so, what say?" Ridhimaa rolled her eyes making Armaan chuckle "come on get in. I'll drop you." ridhimaa made a face but sat in car.

She was suddenly feeling nice as she was sure Armaan wouldn't forget to wish her and will wish her in car. She knew she was being childish. She was not going for exams it was just her first day and moreover it was not her first job but still they were friends so she can at least expect this from him.

They sat silent till the entire journey and whenever ridhimaa tried to talk she felt Edward's eye on them from rear view mirror. She waited for Armaan to speak but he never said anything and kept his head firmly in newspaper. She stepped out as soon as the car stopped and made her way towards entrance when Armaan called her. She turned to him hopeful that he finally realized he was supposed to wish her and walked up to him.

She stood in front of him "kya hai?" she was still a bit annoyed that he took so long to apprehend it.

"tumhara mobile" Armaan flashed at her.

Ridhimaa's gaze switched from him to his outstretched hand holding her mobile. She saw his 32 teeth smile which infuriated her even more. She snatched her mobile from his hand and marched towards the entrance.

"Bye' bye basanti" shouted Armaan after her to which ridhimaa glared at him. She heard his laugh and marched at main door as fast as possible. She didn't want to see his face again.

Armaan shook his head looking at her and turned at Edward "chalo driver". Edward grunted at him loudly and turned the car to which Armaan chuckled heartily, he was well aware of Edward's foul mood so was deliberately pricking him.

Anjali saw ridhimaa coming towards her but ridhimaa didn't seem to notice Anjali. Anjali frowned at her for a moment seeing her angry and called after her "ridhimaa"

Ridhimaa was about to turned to reception when she heard anjali's voice and tuned to her "di! Main aap hi ko dhund rahi thi"

"Aur main tujhe" Anjali reached to her "by the way you are looking angry what happened?"

"WO di'" she sighed "nothing just leave it di. I am fine."

"Oooky" agreed Anjali thinking not to prod ridhimaa any further and changed the topic "come on I'll show you around" with that they both left.

Anjali showed ridhimaa everything and they were now on their way to Ridhimaa's cabin.

"Welcome' welcome to your new cabin" Anjali welcomed ridhimaa opening the door for her. Ridhimaa smiled at her and came inside.

"So like it?" Anjali asked ridhimaa after a minute as she was not sure whether ridhimaa liked her cabin or not as she was standing silently.

Ridhimaa came out of her trance and glance up at Anjali "di' it's wonderful" murmured ridhimaa awed. The entire cabin was arranged with perfect combination of bright white walls and furniture and curtains of darkest blue shade just the way she like. White was her favorite and blue helps her to concentrate so she loved the color just as well.

"Thanks di" murmured ridhimaa feeling touched.

Anjali exhaled as she was holding her breath for Ridhimaa's response "thank god you like it"

"Its perfect di" assured ridhimaa admiring the room closely.

"That's cool you like it but missy don't thank me thank Armaan."

"Armaan?" shouted ridhimaa shocked.

Anjali looked at her startled; she didn't expect this "ridhimaa stop shouting its hospital"

Ridhimaa was embarrassed now "sorry di I didn't meant to shout but di Armaan'" She trailed and Anjali huffed like she was to explain to a kindergartner for millionth time.

"Yes ridhimaa Armaan. He wanted to surprise you. Armaan came here yesterday afternoon and told me that he wanted to handle the interiors. So I said yes. But let me tell you he was fast he finished so quickly. He really knows your test. " Anjali stopped as her mobile beeped, she checked her phone and turned to ridhimaa "ridhimaa I need to go now I will be back soon till that time enjoy your surprise" and with that Anjali hurried out leaving thoughtful ridhimaa behind.

Ridhimaa was still not sure whether she heard Anjali correct or not. She couldn't believe a person who didn't even bother to wish her luck will do anything like this for her. She heard a soft ringing tone and turned to her table. She went near the table and found a figurine of fairy with dark blue dress; the sound was coming from it. She picked it up and turned it slowly. It was an alarm clock.

She stopped it and was about to keep it down when she noticed a paper, where a minute ago the alarm clock was kept. Someone had kept the note below the alarm clock. Ridhimaa kept the clock down and opened the note it had just 5 words "OPEN THE LEFT TABLE DRAWER"

Ridhimaa did as instructed in note and went behind the table. She opened the upper left drawer and gasp loudly. A medium sized card with a lone beautiful white flower up on it was lying in the drawer. She held her breath and picked up the card with her trembling hand with rose in another and opened the card.

I know I know you must be really angry with me for not wishing you but ridhimaa you should have known me better I was kidding. It's a special day for you so it's special for me to. Don't you ever forget that all my best wishes are always with you.

Ridhimaa smiled sitting down on the chair behind her. The note had a p.s to it, ridhimaa read it'

Her mouth fell open. He was a devil to say anything like that but ridhimaa ignored it and reached the end where a tiny AM was written. But she already recognized the handwriting. He was right she should have known better. He was Armaan after all when did he deed anything straightly and without annoying her. But she was so happy that all her anger, her disappointment flew away like it never existed.

Ridhimaa re-read the card for 3 times and smiled all the time. She felt sudden excitement flow through her. She was already feeling positive about it and a bit nervousness she was feeling since morning also seemed to leave her. She thought to thank him about the cabin and card when her mobile beeped. It was a massage. She saw the sender name and smiled. Opening the message she read it "don't even think to disturb me"

Ridhimaa rolled her eyes then chuckled thoroughly. He was the most annoying yet most amazing friend of hers. First the cabin and then the card, only he could think of anything like this. Ridhimaa was so happy that she whirled the chair and hugged the rose and card close to her heart tightly.

"Someone looks really happy" ridhimaa stopped at once hearing the voice. Anjali chuckled at Ridhimaa's expression and noticed the card and rose in her hand "hmm lagta hai hubby dear ka love message hai kyon?"

"A' nahi di it's nothing like that" ridhimaa stuttered being caught doing something foolish like this.

Anjali smirked at her "it's ok babes I can understand waise main toh yeh file dene aayi thi plz tum ek bar check kar lo"

"Hey sid" mumbled ridhimaa attaining his call.

"Ridhimaa where are you?" he asked.

"I am at Sanjivani' wo actually'" he cut her in between "oh ok I wanted to meet you but I think it's not possible Sanjivani is in complete opposite direction of airport" he murmured panicky.

"Airport? Tum airport per ho?" asked ridhimaa puzzled.

"Ridhimaa I am going back today."

Ridhimaa didn't let him finished "what tum wapas ja rahe ho" she frowned "sab thik hai na sid? Tum pehle bhi pareshan lag rahe the."

"No ridhimaa everything is fine it's just business problem. I will be back as soon as possible" he heard his name being called "okay ridhimaa I need to go now. Take care of yourself. I will call you if I can. Bye."

"Bye." murmured ridhimaa disappointed. She knew he was worried about something from few days but never thought he will leave like this. Sighing, she went back to her work.

Armaan came out of car and checked his watch, leaning on his car. He would wait for her, he decided. He already talked to Anjali who told him that ridhimaa would be free till 5.00. He still had 10 minutes left. He waited patiently studying the surrounding. Waiting was something Armaan had little patient with but he wanted to surprise her. He tapped his foot to cut off the time but gave up finally and decided to go in. he just took a step forward and saw her emerging out of building.

Ridhimaa was still thinking about Sid and his sudden departure. She was worried for Sid. He didn't tell her anything but she knew he was really worried about whatever the problem was. Ridhimaa was so engrossed in her thoughts that she didn't notice Armaan. Armaan frowned as ridhimaa walked past him without acknowledging him.

"Hey" Armaan pouted offended. Ridhimaa came out of her thoughts and looked up at him surprised "Armaan tum?"

"Finally" he exhaled dramatically "you noticed me I thought tum mujhe dekhogi bhi ya nahi."

Ridhimaa rolled her eyes at him, he and his dramatics "Armaan kya bol rahe ho? Aur tum yahaan kaise?"

"Wo kya hai na maine socha ki aaj tumhara first day hai toh ek treat toh banati hai"

"Treat?"

"Yep and don't worry I know tum toh treat dogi nahi toh aaj main tumhe treat dena hoon" he opened car door for her "come on"

Ridhimaa didn't move an inch "Armaan what are you talking about and by the way I don't think your bodyguard will like it." she supposed wearily.

Armaan broke into chuckles "bodyguard? Guess how Edward would react to that?" he shook his head imagining Edward expressions "well my bodyguard is not with me I sent him so it's only you and me. Now come barish aane wali hai"

Ridhimaa sighed and sat in the car. Closing the door Armaan took charge of starring. Ridhimaa was looking out, she was still thinking about Sid and his problem. Armaan noticed her mood. He knew she was thinking about something but didn't ask her as he knew she would have told him if she wanted.

"So" he spoke after a minute to kill the silence, bringing ridhimaa back from her lost land "how was your day?"

Ridhimaa shifted in her place, turning her attention to him completely "it was nice. Not tough as I imagined"

Armaan nodded his head and turned his attention to road. Ridhimaa looked out to check where they were going but then turned to him "Armaan where are we going?"

Armaan smiled a little "well I can't tell you that. It's surprise but rest assured you will love it"

Ridhimaa opened her mouth to protest but stopped as soon as she remembered about his earlier surprises. She smacked herself mentally for not thanking him before. She was so engrossed in thinking about Sid that she totally forgot about his morning surprises.

"Armaan" she started but Armaan cut her in between "we are here" he declared. He cut the engine and opened door for her. Ridhimaa stepped out taking in the surrounding. She saw the Mexican restaurant. Her face fell. She was never fan of Mexican food.

"chalein?" he probed. Ridhimaa smiled at him and stepped forward halfheartedly. She just took first step forward when Armaan stopped her "basket where are you going?"

Ridhimaa glanced at him confused "restaurant me". Armaan chuckled at her "ridhimaa tumhe Mexican kabse pasand aane laga?"

Ridhimaa was still confused "hum yahaan nahi ja rahe?" she asked pointing towards the restaurant to which Armaan shook his head "toh?" she asked.

He took hold of her hand and made his way in opposite direction "hum yahaan ja rahe hai" said Armaan pointing at a small ice-cream parlor. Ridhimaa's mouth fell opened with astonishment "ice-cream" she squealed after a moment. Armaan smiled and shook his head at her childishness. He knew she can be a real kid when it comes to ice-cream or chocolates.

They made their way towards the parlor and ridhimaa ordered her favorite flavor. She offered Armaan while relishing hers but Armaan denied and stood starring at her. Armaan chuckled at her childishness to which ridhimaa raised her brows and then asked him "kya hua?"

He took a napkin and rubbed it against her nose "yeh" he said showing her the napkin with which he wiped the ice-cream from her nose. Ridhimaa stared at napkin to him and then they both broke into smile shaking their heads.

"Dad don't worry I will handle everything. Waise bhi maine broker se baat kar li hai papers bhi ready, I just want to inspect the property myself." Armaan informed.

Sanjay nodded his head seconding "okay than when are you starting?"

Armaan waved a careless hand "may be tomorrow or day after tomorrow. What say bhai?"

Atul who was listening quietly shook his head "I don't think so. You can't leave before Wednesday. Remember parso mom ki barsi hai aur us din pooja ke saath saath garibo me daan bhi dena hota hai" both Armaan and sanjay became serious hearing this. They never forget about Veena's death anniversary but they just never brought up anything related to her death openly. Three of them were still not over her loss. So to reduce the pain they stopped mentioning her as much as possible.

"I remember that bhai" said Armaan turning away from him atul knew Armaan wouldn't forget Veena's barasi, he also knew Armaan was the one who was most affected with Veena's death. Sanjay and atul both shared a look of understanding "raat kafi ho gayi hai ab tum log bhi jakar aaram kar lo" murmured sanjay and left from there mumbling a slow good night.

"Di maine pandit ji ko call kar diya hai aur pooja ki saari samagri ki list bhi bana li hai" informed ridhimaa to Anjali who just nod her head. Ridhimaa saw Anjali frowning and asked her "kya hua di kuch problem hai"

Anjali exhaled "yeh" she complained pointing towards packets of cloths besides 3 suitcases.

Ridhimaa brows narrowed "yeh aise faile hua kyon hain di?" ridhimaa asked.

"Wo stupid sundar maine use kaha tha ki sare boxes sabhal ke rakhwa dena aur khulane mat dena, us bhulakkad ne pata nahi kya suna aur sare boxes khol ke samaan yahaa bikher diya aur to aur boxes bhi fenk diye. Maine kafi samaan en suitcases me bhar diya par abhi bhi yeh kuch samaan baki hai. Store room purane boxes hai per uska door jam hai khulte waqt bohot aawaj karta hai. Esiliye subah tak ka wait karna padega warna sabki neend kharab ho jayegi aur tab tak yeh samaan aise hi pada rahega" whined Anjali.

Ridhimaa thought for a moment "di mera suitcase khali hai, room me hai main wo lekar aati hoon" suggested ridhimaa.

"That's a great idea, ja jakar jaldi se lekar aa"

Ridhimaa nodded her head "Okay"

Ridhimaa looked up at the suitcase on the wardrobe and jumped to reach it but didn't even touched it "god achcha khasa niche rakha hua tha toh kya jaroorat thi armaan ko ese uper dalne ki ab sab iski tarah khambe jitney lambe toh nahi ho sakte na" murmured ridhimaa climbing on a stood to get better access. She again tried to pull the bag but it was stuck somewhere.

Armaan came in the changing room to get his night cloths and saw ridhimaa pulling a suitcase as well as murmuring something. Ridhimaa was so engrossed that she didn't even sense his presence. Armaan saw her standing on the edge and was about to warn her when she suddenly lost her balance but Armaan leaped and caught her before she could touch the ground.

Ridhimaa opened her eyes after a moment and saw a blue pair of eyes staring at her. She tried to control her labored breath due to the sudden movement but came to a sudden halt under his intense gaze while her heartbeat did opposite. She didn't know when she started trembling.

"Armaan mujhe niche utaaro please" she murmured slowly.

Armaan's gaze didn't wavered while he said "utaaronga toh tab na basket jab tum mera collar chodogi"

He was looking at her so intensely that she took few minutes to realize what he said. She glanced at his collar and realized how tightly she was holding it. She never knew when did she deed it but she remembered holding something for support while she was falling down. She loosened her hold and Armaan slowly made her stand on her feet.

She was nervously looking down, still trembling, remembering his gaze when she heard him "awwo'. Awo" he cried messaging his arm with other.

Ridhimaa became alert at this "Armaan kya hua? Tum thik ho na"

"thik?" he asked "ridhimaa do you know tum kitni bhari ho?"

Ridhimaa's mouth fell opened and she gaped at him "wh' what main bhari hoon?"

"Aur nahi toh kya? tum ladkiyo ka bhi na pata nahi kya funda hota hai shadi se pehle toh figure maintain karna hota hai aur shadi ke baad double dekker bus kyon ban jati ho? jaisi ki tum kitni moti ho gayi ho. Mujhe toh lag raha hai mere haat ki koi haddi tut gayi agar thodi aur der nahi utarati toh mere dono haath fracture ho jate"

Ridhimaa stood there dumbfounded for a second. Armaan got his night cloths and left from there crying more loudly. Ridhimaa gritted her teeth in anger and followed him in room "tumne mujhe moti kaha?" asked ridhimaa through her clenched teeth.

Armaan turned to see her angry face and gulp down "well'" he deliberated "yes"

"Tum' tum'" she tried to say but was too angry to say anything "you are gone" and with that she ran after him while he ran to save his dear life. They crossed the room and Armaan ducked two books and a perfume bottle.

"You are dead Armaan Mallik" said ridhimaa throwing a vase at him. Armaan smartly ducked that too "lagta hai puri pagal ho gayi hai bhag AM" mumbled Armaan to himself and ran out of the room.

"mujhe moti bola na ab main nahi chodungi tumhe"

Armaan clashed into Anjali while running and Anjali stopped him "kya hua Armaan? Why are you running like you saw ghost"

Armaan breathed heavily "ghost hi hai bhabhi" he saw ridhimaa running at him and pointed at her "wo dekhiye"

Anjali looked at ridhimaa, running at them with file in hand. Anjali stopped her. Armaan stood behind Anjali while Anjali tried to stop ridhimaa "ridhimaa what happen kya kar rahi hai?"

"Di yeh Armaan isne mujhe moti bola" complained ridhimaa still reaching for him. Anjali stopped her and turned to Armaan "Armaan kya yeh sach hai?" she asked him sternly.

Armaan became serious at once and nodded his head looking down. Anjali shook her head at him "Armaan that's very rude I mean tum aise kisi ko sach nahi bata sakte"

"Right" seconded ridhimaa. But then it struck her what exactly Anjali said "what?" she exclaimed "di aap bhi'"

Anjali and Armaan looked at ridhimaa then towards each other and broke into laughter giving high five to each other. Ridhimaa frowned at them and left stomping her foot. Armaan and Anjali stopped for a second to see ridhimaa going and again burst out looking at each other.

Ridhimaa's anger was not momentary and remained more than Armaan estimated. She gave him cold shoulder entire next day. Whenever he said anything to her she somehow taunt him about his gibe i.e. her being fat which she was not at all. He tried to settle matters with her but she was way too adamant to let off that so easily.

He was reading a file when he asked ridhimaa to pass some papers from table across the room to which she replied mockingly "sorry Armaan you know na I am too fat so I get exhausted too easily I don't think I'll be able to cover that distance any faster."

Armaan opened his mouth to say something but closed it taking in the situation. He was surprised when he saw ridhimaa behaving normally with Anjali. He frowned at this; after all he was not the only one who teased her. Why her anger was always directed at him? He left pouting his lips over the fact that he was the only target of her angry 'agni astra'.

Ridhimaa checked all the preparations for the final time and made her way towards her dining table satisfied. She was really very exhausted. Entire day she was running from here to there, calling someone or doing something and to add fuel to it she saw Armaan's Tiffin which came back as it was sent, full of food. She was still fretting over his behavior earlier evening and this carelessness made her angrier. Poor peter only if he would have known that he was making his mistress angrier when he told her about Armaan's usual habit for returning Tiffin untouched.

She wanted to scold him for this but then she was angry with him. So, she suppressed her worry and let it pass. But he was making it difficult for him to let it pass for her by not showing himself for dinner. To her surprise no one asked anything about his presence but ate quietly. Ridhimaa when tried to left the dinner table to call him sanjay stopped her "ridhimaa bte tum kaha ja rahi ho?"

"Papa I was going to call Armaan he'"

Sanjay cut her in between exhaling exhausted "have your dinner beta, he is resting."

Ridhimaa frowned at this piece of information. She didn't meet him as she was busy with preparations with Anjali but she didn't expect him to go to bed this early. She wanted to know further but didn't ask anything and sat down. She remembered about his untouched lunchbox, and now this early resting made her more worried. Finally worry took over anger and got best out of her. She left the table at once making her way towards her room. Sanjay called after her but she ran from there without saying anything.

Ridhimaa pushed open the door breathing frantically and saw him sleeping on his side. She didn't see his face as the room was filled with darkness with the only light coming from balcony. She made her way throw darkness without bothering to switch on the light as she didn't wanted to disturb him. At this moment her biggest concern was his health.

She slowly made her way towards him and touched his forehead to check if he was fine. She sighed in relief feeling his cold skin against her palm. For a second she was so worried. She frowned as she noticed his creased forehand and spared her hand carefully in his hairs caressing them gently.

She for the very first time in all this days noticed how very handsome he had grown into. She knew he was good looking since childhood but never in her dreams had she thought he would be this gorgeous. No wonder he never lacks Company because girls never let him. One can just sit and stare at him entire time without getting bored. Soon, the creases left his face and he sighed turning to other side.

As if shaken awake from trance, ridhimaa pulled her hand back. Walking towards her side in daze, she laid at her side carefully. She was surprised with her own behavior. What was she thinking? What was she doing? What was happening to her? Why she was softening towards him like this? Why the mere thought of his unwell worried her to death? Closing her eyes she let rest all the question which born from her own behavior, yet she had no answers of which.
